Slightly sweet, medium or slightly light. Although sparkling, it was much easier to open than Shinomine Omachi Junmai Nigori Sake, and I didn't have to blow on it more than once. At 13% alcohol, it is lower than usual, so it is good for drinking out of before you lose your mind.

It took 5 minutes to open the bottle. It has a great schwashy feel to it. Almost no sweetness. It was like a sparkling white wine🥂. I would have liked a little more sweetness. But it is delicious.

Good evening - 🌃✨ I chose Wakanami Sparkling today! It's a sparkling wine with a taste of lactic acidity and smoothness 😍. It is less sweet than I expected and has a bitter taste. Today is the day of the Ox 🤗 My wife went to get her 3rd vaccine and my son and I stayed at home in my car. Come to think of it, I hadn't let my son sit in the driver's seat or the front seat yet, so we went to the driver's seat together 😆👍. He was so happy when I let him hold the steering wheel to try it out 😆👍. He's a boy after all! He honks the horn and even moves the high beams, blinkers, and windshield wipers. I took a lot of pictures because he seemed to be having so much fun 🤗. Sushi with eel and fried fish in the evening 👍 I chose sparkling wine because of the oily fried fish 😊. Wow, I haven't had wakanami in Fukuoka in a long time! I haven't bought one since I conquered the whole country ❣️. Yes, it's delicious ️️. The aroma is lactic acidic and the taste is also lactic acidic but not too sweet and crisp👍

The third installment of the Kyushu series. It was hot today. I chose this one because 🥵I guess it's the shuwa shuwa ❣️. The color is cloudy. I'm not sure if it's a 🍾 or not. The aroma is like white peaches and rice with a touch of alcohol. In the mouth, there is a strong sense of gas, with a slight sweetness and crispness, followed by a slightly bitter taste. It is more refreshing than expected. As you drink it, it becomes richer and more delicious. Served with nuggets of white meat (with corn). The sweetness of the corn goes well with the refreshing taste of this sake. I think it would also go well with sour lemon and carpaccio. I'm sure it would go well with sour lemon or carpaccio.
