It smells so good. It's sweet and sour, or maybe refreshing. Anyway, it smells like something absolutely delicious.
When I drank it, I thought it would be light, but it packs quite a punch. Of course, there was a delicate sweetness and a fruitiness that came through nicely, so it was an elegant one.
Anyway, it is delicious as a sake. Even though it was sparkling, it was definitely a solid sake.

This is a sparkling wine. It took me 5 times to open the bottle without overflowing it. The aroma is of lactic acid. It is a refreshing sparkling type. As it says, when you put it in your mouth, you will feel the acidity and it's not too sweet, it's refreshing and easy to drink.

I went to visit Okawa city in Fukuoka prefecture.
I dropped by Wakaha Shuzo.
At the shop attached to the brewery, I asked the staff for an explanation and chose a sparkling๐.
"I was told that when opening the bottle, you need to turn the lid slowly to release the gas.
I thought I opened the bottle slowly, but it spewed out๐ฆ๐ฆ.
I wasn't used to sparkling ๐ and it blew up like this๐

The staff said, "We make this as a food wine, so it lacks the glamour of a melon." As the staff said, it has a subdued feel that goes well with food without being assertive.
It has a sour, refreshing banana flavor. It also gives me an image of yogurt or ramune. Classy and delicious๐ต.

Wakanami Sparkling has been on my mind lately.
It's my first Wakanami.
This is the first Wakanami Sparkling I've had in a while, and it's been a while since I've had a solid sparkling.
I think the last time I had it was about a year ago when I drank the NO.6 Xmas type at the store.
When I opened the bottle, it seemed to overflow vigorously.
It took me a few minutes to open the bottle by twisting the cap slowly and then putting it back on, twisting it and putting it back on, and so on.
When I took a sip, the sourness spread quickly in my mouth, and then it tightened up, and I could feel a hint of sweetness in it.
It's the perfect aperitif for a toast...
