We were able to receive 3 kinds of sake from Motomine Tsuru, a company that has been helping us with our hometown tax payment every year 😀.
The first one was Tsumugi 2025 I, the second one was Calm, and the third one was this super dry Junmai sake... all of them were definitely delicious 😇.
The one that surprised me the most was this super-harakuchi junmai sake 😇.
The name "super-harsh" scared me a bit, but the finish was crisp and dry, and even Kaorin said it was delicious with its rich umami flavor from the banana fruitiness of the mouthfeel 😇.
I discovered something new that there is such a thing as super dry taste 😀.
