This is a summer-only sake from Kaze no Mori. It is made using a unique technique called "Bodhi yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. It has an alcohol content of 11%. It has a light and refreshing taste with a strong effervescence. It has a fresh sweetness and just the right amount of acidity. The bitterness that lingers afterwards refreshes the taste, making it the perfect summer sake. It is fashionable that even the description on the back of the bottle notes that it should be drunk by the end of September.
