I looked at the label on the back and saw that it was made by the Nieda family.
I see what you mean.
The label says it is dry, but I didn't feel that much, it was a full-bodied and delicious sake.
It has a nice sharpness and goes well with meals🙆🙆
Now, this restaurant has "Shibazuke gourd" and the kids love it 😍.
It tastes just like Shibazuke, but the kids love it and say "pikmin!

The melon of NIIDASENSHU! was on my mind, so I bought it. I was excited about the melon, but I didn't feel that much melon - but the green label on the green bottle is nice and bright. All Niidashi sansyu products are delicious!

Grape-like aroma. Sweet. Soft, refreshing and light. Gentle sourness after a few minutes of salivation. Taste like sucking grape skin. It is an interesting taste that has no similarity to other wines.
Purchased at a sake brewery.
It is a limited edition directly pumped sake. The label is just a rubber band.
It is located in a great place, a little far from Koriyama. Amazing rice fields and forests. We were lucky there were no oncoming cars.

I purchased this "Shizen Shu" 🍶 in Tokyo.
Made with yeast that lives in the brewery ❗Looked forward to opening the bottle ✨.
The taste is mild, with a soft sweetness and light acidity 🎵.
It's the kind of sake you want to drink in a relaxed manner ✨.
I drank it under the harsh environment of Sake no Wajo 😅.
I love melon type sake so I would like to try the green label Shizen Shu🍈😊.

Sake that I bought in jackets.
It has a viscosity when poured into a glass, and when you put it in your mouth, it has a dry taste that I love, which I have not had recently.
It reminded me of a sake I drank a long time ago that was full of flavor.
