Winter is associated with nigori sake. I hadn't had any this year, so I went to a local liquor store.
There was a nigori sake of my favorite "Shizen Shu". I know "Shizen Shu" is delicious, but I wondered what nigori sake was like, so I bought some.
I found that nigori sake has an image of being a little mellow and sweet, but this was not the case! It was a very strong sensation.
Natural sarcasm.
The color is quite dark.
The beginning of the drink is sweet and sour of Shazenshu. The aroma and the long lingering oak aroma are pleasant.
I thought it was a bit strong sake.
Delicious!
Natural sake. Is it the color of the barrel? Quite yellow. Ooh! Aroma of cedar! It's bottled but it's a barrel sake. The spicy aroma and taste of the barrels spread out, and it finishes with the sweetness that seems to be the natural sweetness of the sake. This spicy feeling is addictive.
Shoshu is the origin of my love for sake. I also like the frog🐸 on the cap. It's cute so I hollow it out and put a magnet in it 😊.
Usually a green junmai ginjo, but the fall up was sweeter, darker and tastier ✨✨.
No yeast added (only brewer's yeast).
The aroma is melon.
The acidity is strong, but not harsh.
The aftertaste is crisp.
The taste is unique and good. Delicious.
The label is very hard to read, but it says so.
