Perhaps it was because I drank it after drinking Kozen Nyosui, but the aroma was very high! Not too sweet, well-balanced and easy to drink. (I know, it's an amateur's palate...)
I wonder if it tastes similar to Kamizen Josui, which is also made by the Hakuryu Shuzo brewery. It is smooth, dry, and light. It is not fruity at all like the rich umakuchi version. It was more different than I expected.
