Drunken Whale is a sake that I had always been curious about from the packaging, and the day finally came when I could drink it!
It was delicious, refreshing and easy to drink, giving the impression that it goes well with anything! There is a repeat!

This was the first time I had a sake from Nagano Prefecture. It was a little strong at 19% alcohol by volume, but it was dry and had a flavor unique to this sake!

We received Kitano-Nishiki, a Hokkaido Kobayashi Shuzo brewery limited edition. I unusually chose a slightly sweet flavor.
Since I usually prefer dry sake, I usually have sashimi with my entrée, but I was told that it goes well with Western-style food, so I had it with stewed young chicken with tomatoes.
It had an elegant, mellow flavor that went well with the dish!
