Aromatic and dry. The moment it touches the tongue with its aroma, it has a sweet taste, followed by a crisp dry taste. The aroma follows the dryness, and the taste is elegant and dry.

Fukuju's use of 100% Hyogo rice!
Fukuju's sake with a little sparkle on the label. As a male sake from Nada, it has a slightly tangy and spicy taste at its base.
From there, a full flavor spreads to the palate. It has a strong lingering aftertaste until the end. Sake that can be enjoyed many times in a single sip is still very precious.
This seven-color glowing label was fresh.
The sake cup was bought in Tajimi and I love it.
I bought it at Kobe Shu-shin-kan.
They filled it directly into a cara bottle and said it would keep for 3 days.
I liked it a lot because it was surprisingly refreshing even though it was a draft sake.
Smell good.... Like pear, peach.... I don't know anymore because I drank too much. Anyway, it's a nice aroma of ministry.
The gentle sweetness is soothing 😌.
I bought the summer version of Fukuju.
It has been a long time since I drank Fukuju itself, but it was very easy to drink.
I would like to drink the normal Fukuju again.
