Yuko
100% Hitogochi rice produced in Iiyama. This is a special sake, sparkling pure sake, in which the natural carbon dioxide gas produced by the fermentation of yeast is locked in with the skill of a master brewer.
It is light and crisp, with a gentle sweet taste at 12% alcohol by volume.
