The aroma of koji malt is soft. It is clear and crisp with both dryness and umami.
This sake is a brand I learned when I was still drinking sake only when it was recommended to me 💡 It had a white label, but this one has a very beautiful blue bottle. It was a gift from a friend, and although it was quite old, it was so delicious that we both finished it 😆.

It has a crisp, dry taste that doesn't linger, and is refreshing as if it goes right through you.
The alcohol smell is a bit strong when drunk by itself, but it does not bother you if you drink it with a meal.
It is a reasonable food sake that enhances both the flavor of the sake and the meal.

Slightly greenish and clear. Lots of bubbles and fine texture when poured. Aromas of yogurt, melon, honeysuckle, and lime. The attack is rather weak, with a gentle acidity, rich sweetness, and a long finish.
