At home. About 30 years ago, when I was in my first year of working, my senior took me to a sake party, and this was the first sake I tasted. Now it's sold in many different varieties, and I feel the times have changed. The taste is still the same, it is as easy to drink as water, and it is a delicious sake that reminds me of those days.

The last of the Ohigan parties was the first Kamizenjosui in a long time. I had an image of a more Showa-esque sake, but to my surprise, it really looked like water. It went well with a wide range of foods such as sashimi and Costco high rollers. In other words, it doesn't get in the way. It made me rethink my opinion a little bit. I think I need to update my taste buds by choosing something that doesn't look like a local sake sometimes.

The perfect blend of white koji sake and kiwi-derived sake in an 8:2 ratio has created an unprecedentedly refreshing and juicy sake! The acidity of the white koji and the fruity sweetness make this a new sake that is easy to drink even for beginners. It's too long... (blank stare) So, it seems that Kamizenjosui has taken advantage of Donkey's passionate price series to create an interesting sake! As the name suggests, it tastes like kiwi, and the white yeast rice flavor is mainly acidic. The aftertaste is also refreshing, so it's good...it's good! The alcohol level is 12 degrees, so you can easily enjoy it! If you like sourness, you'll love this... it's good! And the price is very reasonable! (I think it's about 1,200 yen?)

Good morning, udon bread 😃. I didn't know they sell this stuff at Donki 😳 Kiwi 🥝 is also a sour image, so white yeast rice in it sure looks good for sour skiing ⛷️ 😋.

Ponshukan Nagaoka Station Store drinking gruel 2 cups. One of the standard Niigata sake, Kozen Josui. The aroma is banana-like. The mouthfeel is refreshing. As the name suggests, it is easy to drink as if you were drinking water. It is not for drinking alone, but rather for drinking with food.
