There is no particular aroma. Mouth softness and,
the moment you feel the mellowness on the tongue,
A moderate stimulation comes at the back of the throat.
It is just as if it conveys the hard work of the process.
Normally, they only sell it in Akita, and only as a set.
I was curious to see it sold individually in Tokyo,
The Umakuchi
The moment you put it in your mouth, the bitterness spreads softly, and when you swallow it, it tingles.
There is a lingering aftertaste even after the drink is over.
Typical JDG that comes with fruity taste and bit of sourness. But I think it is a bit flat and I want to look for more complexity in this so it can have more flavours. A bit mineral in feel and after taste is average. A so-so JDG.
It is a dream of Hiten no Yume, which we drank in a drinking contest.
This sake is made from Akita's own sake rice, the local Akita Sake Komachi.
It has an elegant taste with a nice sharpness, and is great to drink on its own or with a meal.
Slightly carbonated and spicy, as is typical of freshly squeezed raw sake. The aroma is fruity and light on the palate. It reminded me of muscat, watermelon, and hassaku!
I thought the aftertaste was gin-like, was it the spiciness or the alcohol?
I bought it when I went home for New Year's holidays and let it age a lot 🦭I really like this sake: ‼︎
My 10th bottle as a Father's Day gift 🍶😅.
I had it cold at first and it had a nice crisp and clean taste 😄.
However, when I tried it lukewarm 🍶, the flavor changed drastically and it became rather heavy. 😅I enjoyed my dinner with "oden" today and the heavier taste went well with it and I enjoyed my dinner. 🍶🍶🍶🍶✨
It has gotten much colder, so today we will be heating up the sake at home. This time, we opened a bottle of "Dewazuru", which was the first time we had ever had a bottle of "Namaishige Junmai-shu".
It was recommended as a heated sake at the sake shop where we went for a short trip. First, we sipped it at room temperature. It has a strong, rugged flavor that is typical of a sake brewed from a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. Warm it up and sip it. The mellow flavor fills the mouth. The aroma is a delight to the nose. The pleasure of heating up sake. It's irresistible.
This is a bottle of sake, but you will finish it in no time. Delicious. ‼️
