From room temperature. When you take a sip, you can taste the syrupiness and the slightly strong flavor of rice. The taste is not strong, but it is not strong at all. The bitterness is not strong, and there is a slight sense of maturity, but it is not strong.
The official recommendation for heating the sake is to keep it lukewarm, so we basically went with a low temperature of 35°C. There is not much difference, but it is a little sharp. We also tried 45℃ and 50℃, but the higher the temperature, the stronger the sharpness. It is still suitable for room temperature to lukewarm warming.
This is good. It's great. It's the best room temperature sake, perfect for everyday drinking. Nothing outstanding, but everything seems to be in the middle.
Active nigori sake with secondary fermentation in the bottle🤗
Fresh, sweet and tasty, reminiscent of pears and young melons 🤗 Slightly effervescent and cute 😉.
Good evening, ma-ki 🐥.
The label is cute and handsome, and it was a modern and refreshing sake that I would recommend to those who are not used to drinking sake 😉🥂🥂I had an unexpected encounter with a wonderful sake at my first visit to a sake shop🤗.
On the occasion of business trip to Akita ⑩
Good morning 😃
It's finally getting cooler.
Morning is so nice!
I haven't posted for a while and it's been 2 weeks 😅
I'm going on a business trip to Akita and finally got to 10 sake.
I saw this cute little cup of sake with a namahage pattern at the supermarket 😊.
I bought it the moment I saw it: ❗️
This Namahage...not scary at all lol
A small party with Namahage and Akita's snack arare!
Shotsuru-flavored arare...another gem!
My wife and I finished it off in no time...
I remember the sake was delicious ❗️... but I forgot the taste 💦.

Baseball is a sport in which all nine players compete together, each fulfilling his or her role. This sake is brewed by brewing nine different types of sake rice at the same time, and brewed to combine their individual personalities and potentials, just like a baseball team."
🍶 It tastes a little tangy, but you want to leave it on your tongue for a while and enjoy it. It has a nice aroma, and along with the refreshing picture on the label, you can fully enjoy its deliciousness. Comes with an extra sticker.
[A little special "9" sake because it's September.]
Dewatsuru Junmai Sake Autumn Agari
I don't think I've ever bothered to choose a Dewazuru sake to drink (including the Blazing Man I mentioned earlier).
The aroma before drinking is sweet.
The attack is water with a hint of sweetness and umami, followed by a touch of alcohol.
If you drink it as a food sake, you might drink it almost like water.
It tastes more like a sake to be drunk with everyday meals than a sake to be drunk at special times.
I was drinking last the other day, and I was drinking last again this day: ✳️

This is a limited edition sake from a liquor store in Yokote city, made from a rice called Gin no Sei.
It has a very strong sweetness when you drink it. It also has acidity, but it is not sweet and sour, it has a very good balance. However, what I think is great about this sake is that the sweetness disappears in the aftertaste and the bitterness remains. It is unique and I love it.
