Drinking at home.
After work, I had a drink today.
I had a glass of Dewazuru Aki-agari, which I got from an acquaintance the other day, heated up to 45℃ because it was getting cold.
I served it with homemade oden and fried flounder.
The aroma is only slightly sweet, but the sweetness, spiciness, and acidity combine to create a delicious taste.
It had a strong umami flavor and was perfect for a mealtime drink.

Good with grilled fish
To be served hot

Lukewarm is better with snacks.
Polishing ratio 55%, 15%.
The fizzy taste is quite strong, as if it were made with carbonated water. Tastes like the core of rice, hard, and finishes with a light bitterness. This sake can be enjoyed like a beer in the hot summer. The final taste is a bit of ogara, and the fizzy feeling is still there even if you leave it.
