The rice is polished to 50% Yamadanishiki.
The aroma is juicy and muscat-like,

I rented a bar in Iwate and brought 4 kinds of Akita sake from my stock to compare 🥳.
Thanks to my friends who went along 😌.
This is the first sake I brought, Dewatsuru.
I imagined it would be smooth drinking because of the fact that it is made by hanging sake in a bag, but it was surprisingly strong 😮.
It was the slowest to run down among the four kinds of sake.

This is the second time I have attended this event since last year 🤗.
"Towards Tomorrow" is such a cool name 😎.

Sake-like sweetness with a hint of unrefined 😊.
Delicate and gentle shuwashuwa as the bubbles melt in your mouth ☺️
Slightly bitter aftertaste.
When the bubbles disappear, so does the water 🫥.
The bubbles are carefully expressed and integrated into the unrefined.
I would recommend it to sparkling lovers 🤗.
