The aroma is slightly sweet. When you drink it, it is slightly slightly carbonated and has a sweet but crisp and dry aftertaste. It is sweet for a Niigata sake, but at the end, it is a very good Niigata sake!

This is indeed a Junmai Daiginjo-shu.
Immediately after drinking, you can feel the sweetness in the mouth.
However, the alcohol content gradually comes out later and it becomes crisp, so the sweetness does not linger in a good sense, which is very delicious!

Fukushima's driest sake
It is very dry and comes on the palate with a thump from the moment you drink it!
The spiciness lingers in the mouth and the alcohol leaves the nose.
I drank it with oden. The gentle taste and the crisp sake went well together again.
Purchased on a trip to Sado Island.
