I've had jr before, but I was curious about the puppy one too, so I decided to super it ✨.
So fruity and sweet with no horns💕.
I'm addicted to this one 😂 it's just too good!
What a great product,
I learned a lot from what you wrote about it being gorgeous, but I'm pretty sure this is what gorgeous is.
I was dropped!
Speaking of Kudokibe: ......
Rich, full-bodied sweetness and a
and a stringy, fine, elegant aftertaste.
Rarely there is acidity there.
Low acidity, but not heavy.
Low acidity, but crisp.
This is Kamenoi Shuzo's technique,
The quintessence of Kudoki-Ue.
Among them, this one, which is named "Super," is a kudoki-ueki that surpasses kudoki-ueki.
It is a "Kudo Ute" that surpasses the "Kudo Ute".
The rice is made from "Kaijo Shinko," which is descended from "Kame-no-o," a rice suited for sake brewing,
This Junmai Daiginjo is made from rice that has been polished to a ratio of 30%, or 70% less than the brown rice.
And so far, we have already been wooed off even before drinking it.
This is the reason why it is called "Super.
The last of the Yamagata expedition was the Soupaa Kudokidokiwai, which you all know well. It was by far the best sake I tasted at the event (Kamikigen was a close second).
The great thing about sake events is that you can directly tell the sake brewers, "This is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good! The person who said it would be happy, and the person who was told would probably be happy, too.
Junmai Daiginjo Polishing 30%.
That's just delicious!
From the aroma you'd think it would be sweet, but it's not, it's bitter with a clean aftertaste 😊✨✨
Delicious 😋😋.
Sushi and Sake
Super Kudoki-ue Junmai Daiginjo!
I couldn't take a picture of the label, so just a picture of the sake.
My impression is that it is a well-balanced sake that goes well with seafood!
It has a firm kick and is easy to drink.
It was a delicious sake!
★★★☆☆☆☆
Kudoki-ueki that surpasses Kudoki-ueki
Rice polished up to 30, the rice has a pleasant sweetness and umami of rice.
It is a high-spec sake with a smooth and elegant taste.
Serve with boiled sweet octopus tempura.
It's the season for beautiful hydrangeas!
Since the temperature was comfortable
Let's sip and savor today!
So, for the first time in a long time, we had Super Kudokibe!
Sake shop's recommendation!
Surely 2,200 yen for 30% polished sake is a good deal!
30% polished sake from Haguro, Yamagata Prefecture, 16-17% alcohol by volume.
+According to the internet, it has a Sake Degree of -5.
M310 Ogawa yeast.
The only thing I know about Kougen-Shinko is the cosmos of Shinsei 😅.
The sound of opening the bottle is "push" in mp.
Already sweet ginjo aroma from the bottle opening.
Weak pineapple and a bit of peachy flavor 🍑.
On the palate
Sweetness with a hint of milky and a good acidity.
There is a slight alcohol and koji taste.
It has a beautiful daiginjo-like flavor.
It reminds me a little of Jyushiyo.
This is pretty good 😆‼️
The last one was a little spicy and went down a bit.
It has the gorgeousness of M310 yeast.
It is different from sweet and juicy.
The taste is elegant and clean.
I can feel the quality of the finished product.
It was so delicious that I was looking forward to the second day 😉.
Hi ymdaz 🐦.
I decided to drink Kudo Ute this year but I only had one bottle 😂I would like to drink this one which has a very beautiful taste🎶.
Your hydrangeas are beautiful✨I want to take my time and look at the flowers 😊.
Good evening, Pon-chan 😃.
I'm so happy to get your comment 🥹.
This super Kudokidokiwari was delicious!
I drank one cup each over 4 days, but I think the second day was the best.

Super Kudokyuu!
This Junmai Daiginjo is made with 30% polished rice "Kaijoshinko" from the brewer's home town of Haguro, Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture.
It is clear, gorgeous, fruity, and delicious.
But be warned, the alcohol content is high.
Alcohol content: 17 to 18 degrees Celsius
Ingredients Rice, Rice malt
Rice: 100% rice grown in Haguro Town, Yamagata Prefecture
Polishing ratio 30%.
It was poured freshly opened at the store!
The sweetness and aroma were well balanced, as expected from Kudokibe, and the bitterness that came after was just right!
I'll have to buy this one if there are any left at the liquor store!
I took the plunge and bought it because of the great deal on paypay points.
I will have a drink that I wanted to see.
It's so good. I have no words to describe it.
On the back label
The greatest effort you can make right now.
It says.
Sake is a profound thing.
fresh muscat
Mild aroma with a hint of muscat. The slightly mellow mouthfeel is followed by a firm sweet and sour taste. The gentle muscat-like aroma is followed by a slight bitterness that finishes with the convergence of the sweetness.
It is not simply sweet, but also clear and bitter, giving it a good balance.
