It's the season for beautiful hydrangeas!
Since the temperature was comfortable
Let's sip and savor today!
So, for the first time in a long time, we had Super Kudokibe!
Sake shop's recommendation!
Surely 2,200 yen for 30% polished sake is a good deal!
30% polished sake from Haguro, Yamagata Prefecture, 16-17% alcohol by volume.
+According to the internet, it has a Sake Degree of -5.
M310 Ogawa yeast.
The only thing I know about Kougen-Shinko is the cosmos of Shinsei 😅.
The sound of opening the bottle is "push" in mp.
Already sweet ginjo aroma from the bottle opening.
Weak pineapple and a bit of peachy flavor 🍑.
On the palate
Sweetness with a hint of milky and a good acidity.
There is a slight alcohol and koji taste.
It has a beautiful daiginjo-like flavor.
It reminds me a little of Jyushiyo.
This is pretty good 😆‼️
The last one was a little spicy and went down a bit.
It has the gorgeousness of M310 yeast.
It is different from sweet and juicy.
The taste is elegant and clean.
I can feel the quality of the finished product.
It was so delicious that I was looking forward to the second day 😉.
Hi ymdaz 🐦.
I decided to drink Kudo Ute this year but I only had one bottle 😂I would like to drink this one which has a very beautiful taste🎶.
Your hydrangeas are beautiful✨I want to take my time and look at the flowers 😊.
Good evening, Pon-chan 😃.

This super Kudokidokiwari was delicious!
I drank one cup each over 4 days, but I think the second day was the best.

Ingredients Rice, Rice malt
Rice: 100% rice grown in Haguro Town, Yamagata Prefecture
Polishing ratio 30%.
It was poured freshly opened at the store!
The sweetness and aroma were well balanced, as expected from Kudokibe, and the bitterness that came after was just right!
I'll have to buy this one if there are any left at the liquor store!
I took the plunge and bought it because of the great deal on paypay points.
I will have a drink that I wanted to see.
It's so good. I have no words to describe it.
On the back label
The greatest effort you can make right now.
It says.
Sake is a profound thing.
fresh muscat
Mild aroma with a hint of muscat. The slightly mellow mouthfeel is followed by a firm sweet and sour taste. The gentle muscat-like aroma is followed by a slight bitterness that finishes with the convergence of the sweetness.
It is not simply sweet, but also clear and bitter, giving it a good balance.

Bizen Omachi, Okayama
Of course it is delicious.
It is highly polished.
Reasonably priced.
It was delicious!
Good luck with the consecutive 🤣
I still have to keep the supermarkets in check 😁.
Bizen Omachi rice polishing ratio is 30%, yet it's conscientious 😌.
I know I say the same thing every time 😅
Of course it's delicious 😋.
I'll buy it again when I find it 🍶.
