Merry Xmas🎄I got home early today. I was planning to open a bottle around Christmas time because of the color of the label 🤶This is my first time drinking the Super Kudokibe Jr. series. I know it's good from your reviews so my expectations are high 😁As expected from a Junmai Daiginjo, the aroma is quite fruity ☺️
On the first day, I felt a strong sweetness and acidity, with some bitterness. The second day, the sweetness remains the same, but the umami is more intense 😁It has turned into a rich, sweet, umami mouthfeel. ☺️
