Nyankozake
Sake from Kakegawa. This is the first time I have had this sake and it is surprisingly delicious. The finish is reminiscent of Mimuro cedar.

Compared to Jikin, Kaze no Mori is more ordinary sake, but at 680 yen per glass on the one hand and 980 yen on the other hand, Kaze no Mori is not to be outdone.
There are many different kinds of sake available, and it is definitely a brand I would like to try.
I am looking forward to the opening of the new brewery.
