I never knew there was even a Sogapère Ephis that I wanted to try at least once: ‼️✨
It was a very uplifting drink, with a mild, easy-drinking quality, a little more Western-style elegance than sake-like quality 🍶I enjoyed it while savoring it, and I hope to drink it again 🍶.

Since a small amount of new sake is produced in limited quantities only every winter, it is difficult to purchase every time, but I cherish the opportunity to have it. The refreshing quality of the sake can be enjoyed straight, but I hear that the flavor is inconsistent from year to year, so I look forward to the next batch.

I heard that this year the master's store suppliers have reduced their allotment from Mr. Soga so I have less chance to drink 🤔.
Mr. Soga seems to be a results-oriented guy lol
The top aroma is soft and sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a moderate sweetness with a slight astringency.
It has a slight acidity that finishes off.
Personally, I would like to let it sit a little longer.

This one is made with No. 6 yeast and has a refreshingly fruity taste that is not so much sake as it is ✨.
