It has a mild, yet strong umami flavor that is uncharacteristic of Shimane sake, and has no strange peculiarities, making it a perfect match.
It is similar to Kaygetsu, but the aftertaste is not spicy and fades away quickly, giving the impression of being more gentle.
If you drink it blind, you would never think it was made in Shimane, and for better or worse, it is a very un-Shimane-like sake.
It is really delicious.
Congratulations to Taisha High School! Shimane sake at
Tangy and elegant with a hint of acidity!
Unfiltered raw sake, but lighter than thick!
Slightly lactic acid accent
I bought this brand because I had never seen it before at a produce market I was visiting.
Sweet aroma and taste: ☺️
It has a lingering aftertaste and sweetness from the first sip, but I don't think it's that much of a seduction.
It's a moderate food sake.
It has a slightly rich flavor for those who like sake.
It is also good warmed up in the cold season.

Is it One-Cup Challenge No. 2?
The bottle is opened,
The silver lid is quite difficult to remove.
It's spicy, tasty, refreshing, and light.
It is delicious.
It has a pleasant aftertaste.
I took a break from beer today and had a flower of Japanese hangeshou.
