Refreshingly sour! Spicy but clear and refreshing 🎐.
But there is no unpleasant taste or feeling of lingering on the tongue, which is often the case with spicy sake!
It is silky and smooth on the tongue.

It has a light ripeness and gentle sweetness. Honorary Ikegetsu is really good!
Among Shimane sake, Eiyokegetsu is one of my favorites.
This bar was mainly sakes that we got on our trip or were given to us, not sakes that you can buy in stores.

When you drink it on the palate, it is a sake that is rich and has a slightly dry taste afterwards.
When drunk during a meal, it is not as thick, and the slightly dry taste disappears, making it a sake that does not interfere with the meal.
I served with stuffed bell peppers, tuna salad with goya, and potato salad.
I recommend this sake for drinking during a meal!
