さとーThis bottle was recommended by a liquor store in Saitama!
I drank up the rest of the 3rd lot of Hirotogawa, so I opened a bottle of this one!
It was easy to open at first, but once the lees got mixed in, it became such an automatic stirrer that I couldn't open it anymore.
The taste was sweet, as it has a Sake strength of -40 lol.
It's naturally red in color because of the red yeast.
I had bought this for New Year's Eve, but it was time for this 💦.
