First time ice breaker First, straight up. The aroma is like clay? The taste is quite alcoholic, and to be honest, I don't like it very much. I thought I'd try it on the rocks next, but now I realize I don't have any ice. ...... I'll try it on the rocks later. Postscript I tried it on the rocks. It turned out sweet! It's amazing! The alcohol is still strong, but it's much easier to drink and has a refreshing taste that is typical of summer sake! This might be a bottle I look forward to drinking every year!

The long awaited Ice Breaker🐧 is delicious! Cold and straight, it's slightly bitter and sweet! It's rich and tasty even when chilled! The aftertaste is so smooth that it was perfect when I paired it with fish dishes by accident. It is a bit sweeter on the rocks!

I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not. A little spicy and refreshing, A little spicy and refreshing, but with a strong umami and sake flavor. I want to drink it with ice! It goes well with fish.
