This is my second bottle of Icebreaker this year! It has a clean, slightly dry taste with a firm lingering finish.
The rocks soak into your tired body.
It looks light and dry, but when drunk straight, it tastes mellow and dry. It has a stronger flavor than its appearance suggests.
When drunk on the rocks, the strong taste is reduced and the sake is light and refreshing.
It is an interesting sake that can be enjoyed twice at once!
🧊+🍶
It says to drink it with ice, so I did just that 🍹.
Hmmm...cold, slightly diluted Tamagawa flavor?
It's delicious, but I'm not sure if it's called sake by another name? 🤔
...but it says Tamagawa Unfiltered Nama Sake. So does that mean it has a regular label Tamagawa in it?
Well, the other day at a sake tasting, I got a hot Tamagawa.
Even hot, the flavor didn't jump out at me, and the richness stood out and was delicious.
And it tastes great on the rocks, too.
It's all-mighty, isn't it?
First time ice breaker
First, straight up.
The aroma is like clay?
The taste is quite alcoholic, and to be honest, I don't like it very much.
I thought I'd try it on the rocks next, but now I realize I don't have any ice. ......
I'll try it on the rocks later.
Postscript
I tried it on the rocks.
It turned out sweet! It's amazing!
The alcohol is still strong, but it's much easier to drink and has a refreshing taste that is typical of summer sake!
This might be a bottle I look forward to drinking every year!
The long awaited Ice Breaker🐧 is delicious!
Cold and straight, it's slightly bitter and sweet! It's rich and tasty even when chilled! The aftertaste is so smooth that it was perfect when I paired it with fish dishes by accident. It is a bit sweeter on the rocks!
I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not.
A little spicy and refreshing,
A little spicy and refreshing, but with a strong umami and sake flavor.
I want to drink it with ice!
It goes well with fish. It has a sour taste.
It goes well with fugu (blowfish), shime saba (mackerel), and other sour dishes.
It's like a summer sake!
