Stopped in Tamba to visit a sake brewery.

Dry type of raw sake. It feels drier than ever, but it is delicious. You can feel the umami of rice here as well. It is said that they dare not even make it nigori, but rather lock in the fresh taste of arabashiri without a pause.
This is my first brand. I received it as a gift.
It has almost no aroma and tastes like a dry white wine. It is fresh and fruity, but also has the heaviness of sake, making it a well-balanced sake. It was even better when drunk in a wine glass.
It may be rude to call it minor, but I think it suits my taste to drink sake with few check-ins from Sake-no-wa.
There is a hint of astringency. Overall, it is light.
Maybe it goes well with autumn food 🍁.
There were 5 different kinds of sake to compare, but I think I like Miyako Bijin the best☺.
Sake made with pesticide-free, fertilizer-free isehikari from Hyogo Prefecture
The aroma is gorgeous
Like a ripe melon, fruity and richly sweet
The taste is not as sweet as one would expect, but has a deep umami flavor with great depth and fullness.
The taste is full and clean, with no bitterness at all.
Delicious!
Slightly sweet but with a strong umami, it is easy to pair with a meal.
A much better sake than expected!
Wooden tag sake
I had been looking for this sake for a long time, and now that it is available at Yamamoto Sake Shop in Suita, I bought it immediately.
I was most impressed by this season's new sake.
It has the perfect balance of all the flavors: the schwarziness, the sweetness and spiciness, the richness and cleanness.
A bottle costs in the mid 4,000 yen, but this is a must buy!
I was looking at Instagram and this sake came up and looked delicious, so I ordered it online. It was as easy to drink as I expected, and a bottle was almost gone within 3 days of opening.
