This is a limited brew by Joyo Shuzo. Refreshing aroma. The acidity spreads in the mouth, and it is slightly dry and sharp. Joyo Shuzo's sake is usually good in a good way. I like it.

Slightly acidic A hint of astringency Slight fizz on the tip of the tongue Nice aroma that goes right through the nose It is quite good as a food sake without any peculiarities. Sake, snacks, sake, snacks, sake... you can go on and on. The owner of the brewery was very kind and attentive. The proprietress of the brewery was also kind and courteous. I found a good brewery!

Brought home from my parents' house Purchased at Asano Sake Shop in Kyoto Joyo only found in the Kansai area Cold sake. Sour aroma like lactic acidity. It has a tangy, yet rather mellow taste. It has a sharp aftertaste. Ideal as a food sake

My drinking buddy bought me some Kyoto souvenirs and treated me to some sake that he kept at his favorite restaurant. He had the guts to keep it in stock for 4 months 😁. The rice flavor and acidity are well balanced, and the sake is a bit dry and crisp.

One of Fushimi Shuzo-do's original "Toki-to" sake. Aromatic, but with a strong aftertaste of pon-sake. It was a pleasant aftertaste of sightseeing in Fushimi!

I drank a bottle of Joyo the other day and it was delicious. I bought another bottle of summer sake. Dried sardines. Sipping it with a teacup. The burnt head is bitter and delicious. The sake is good, too. Joyo is a summer sake, but it has a thick core, and you can feel that you are drinking a sake made from rice. It is a good sake. Summer is already over.

19% alcohol by volume. Sourness, sweetness, gutsy and thick. As expected, it has a dripping mouthfeel! But it has a nice sharpness. It is delicious! The only thing that bothered me a little was the tingling aftertaste. Was it due to the brewer's alcohol?
