It's a rare bottle, and it's a Sake-no-Yamamoto original. I always buy in bulk from Sake-no-Yamamoto because they are always good and more reasonable than other stores.
Since it's an original from such a store, you can't help but have high expectations. And it was a winner after all! It's sour, sweet, fizzy, and delicious!

This is the Morinomiya Sake Shop "Sake-no-Yamamoto" in Osaka. It's not just a liquor store that has a great selection of famous sake, but also the staff's top recommendation. It's so delicious!
I looked it up and it looks like this sake is an original brand from Sake no Yamamoto. I don't think you can find this brand of sake very often, so if you find it, I recommend that you drink it. By the way, this sake is brewed by Joyo Shuzo in Kyoto. The main brand of sake they brew is called "Joyo". I enjoyed Kento, so I'm interested in this one too.
If I were to compare it to Ghibli, it would be Selm from "Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind". He only appears in the original manga version, so many people may not know him. He is the son of the chief of a legendary clan of "forest people" who live in the Foul Sea, and is a beautiful person with a mysterious atmosphere. He transcends worldly desires and has supernatural powers as well. And it's not easy to meet him.
