This sake was purchased at a sake shop in Kyoto.
It was a clear but slightly heavy and fragrant sake.
At the beginning of drinking, it was gassy and had a little acidity, but as it passed through, a nice umami flavor was firmly felt.
100% Kyoto rice, Gohyakumangoku
The rice is polished to 55%, so it was a delicious sake with a rich ginjo aroma.
It went especially well with kombujime (sea bream).
