My drinking buddy bought me some Kyoto souvenirs and treated me to some sake that he kept at his favorite restaurant.
He had the guts to keep it in stock for 4 months 😁.
The rice flavor and acidity are well balanced, and the sake is a bit dry and crisp.

One of Fushimi Shuzo-do's original "Toki-to" sake.
Aromatic, but with a strong aftertaste of pon-sake. It was a pleasant aftertaste of sightseeing in Fushimi!

The burnt head is bitter and delicious.
The sake is good, too.
Joyo is a summer sake, but it has a thick core, and you can feel that you are drinking a sake made from rice.
It is a good sake.
Summer is already over.

19% alcohol by volume.
Sourness, sweetness, gutsy and thick.
As expected, it has a dripping mouthfeel!
But it has a nice sharpness. It is delicious!
The only thing that bothered me a little was the tingling aftertaste.
Was it due to the brewer's alcohol?
