I wanted to try obanzai on my trip to Kyoto.
Junmai sake and easy to drink. It was also nice with a bit of crispness.
I tasted it with grilled seseri and kujo leeks.
I bought some as a souvenir in Fushimi again and have been enjoying it at home.
It is the season for new sake! It has just the right amount of spiciness and just the right amount of carbonation. A really good balance. The soy sauce flavored chicken nabe (chicken hot pot) is a delight ^_^.
Today is our wedding anniversary, so we will drink it in a relaxed atmosphere. Tomorrow is also my day off from work 😊.
The third bottle is a Joyo.
I forgot to take a picture of the label table 😭
I felt it was the driest of all the bottles I drank at this time!
But it had less bitterness and a little more lingering sweetness.
Thank you very much!
The moment you put it in your mouth, you feel a sense of fizz. It is dry with almost no sweetness, which is typical of this type of wine. It is a hard type of wine!
When the bottle is opened, it makes a popping sound and has fine bubbles and is slightly effervescent. It is a souvenir recommended by a liquor store on a trip to Kyoto.
