Then, the umami and bitterness that is typical of sake follows. I personally love the timing of this salty balance.

I got a trial bottle (100ml?).
I didn't feel it was dry enough to be a "big" bottle.
Maybe because the bottle was almost empty?
It is an easy to drink sake 🍶.

Sake in Kyoto
Today was another hot day for a tour of sake breweries, this time in Kyoto!
We got off at Yamashiro-Aotani Station on the Nara Line and went to the brewery.
Thank goodness it was close to the station.
Unfortunately, there was no tasting, but we chose this sake on the recommendation of the brewery staff.

We also got the sake stamp label!
