Shizuoka Business Trip Part ㉓
I had a bottle of Hakuin Masamune, which was released on 3/22, the day of the upside-down Fuji 😀.
The aroma is mild 🤔 clean and gentle on the palate 😚 bitterness and faint astringency with a dry aftertaste 😋 good and tasty sake during a meal 🥳.
The fourth one is my first visit to a ramen store in Fujinomiya 😍Negi ramen 🍜 and dumplings 🥟I usually can't even get into the parking lot, but today I was lucky to get in ✌️.
Good evening, Hanapin-san 🌃😀 😀 There is only one ramen shop in Ishikawa, but I haven't been able to visit it.
There is only one ramen store in Ishikawa, but I haven't been able to go there for a long time, so this is finally my debut at a ramen store 😊It's just a plain ramen, but it's delicious 😋🥟 and the dumplings 👍🥳.
Good evening, Mr. Manachy 🌃😀
I finally lifted the ban on rahsho dojo😊✨It was my first time to try rahsho so I can't compare it to others but it was a delicious ramen 🍜😍.
Hakuin Masamune, from Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, has a wonderful seasonal spring sake with a lovely label of cherry blossoms at night.
The rice used for the sake is 2038 Honorifuji produced in Shizuoka Prefecture, and the crispness of the sake has the acidity of a sake yeast strain. It is dry, but the overall impression is light and refreshing. It is a versatile all-around dining sake that complements meals.
drinking at home
The aroma is amber sugar.
You can drink it calmly. It has a hint of mirin (sweet sake) but it is not too rich.
It goes well with broccoli with anchovy and additive-free sausage. It also goes well with western style snacks.
