It's my first time to drink Hakuin Masamune. It's a sake I've never had the chance to drink before. I've been drinking a lot of sweet and sour sake lately, so I thought I'd try some dry sake. Danrei Dry. It has a moderate aroma and is dry enough to drink with a meal.

Refreshing Aroma and taste are well balanced at low temperatures, such as when it is just out of the refrigerator. Taste becomes blurred when it is close to room temperature. It is good for summer dishes such as vinegared dishes.

⭐︎ A post-golf review meeting in Susono. At Sushi no Kanichi in Mishima. Hakuin Masamune, a local Shizuoka sake. It is a refreshing summer sake. It has a well-balanced flavor with a fruity aroma. It is a good food sake. It also goes well with fish. Delicious. Beer → Hakuin Masamune → Shitaizumi → Isoban → Highball
