Amamido seems to be a hideout store in Nishi-Azabu 🌙I didn't know that 💦.
disk union is a long-established record store that has been dealing in Western vinyl for a long time 🎶.

disk union was a great help to me when I was young, so I couldn't pass it up 😆.
I had it sent to me from a store I'm familiar with, but I checked and it's available at disk union's online shop👍.
Shaoxing wine, molasses soy sauce, nutty, dead fern-like aroma, with a hint of herbs on the nose 🌿.
The mouthfeel is soft, but it has a terrific sharpness and wakes you up to the acidity ⚡️
The taste is rich and hard to describe for my stupid tongue😅.
It's not a heavy wine, but a graceful one 💫.
Naturally I have a feeling it will warm up 🍶.
I tried it all the way up to warmed up, but I think lukewarm is the best 🥇.
The flavors are in harmony, the acidity is round and pleasantly spicy 😋.
The cheese went really well with the sharply heated sake 🧀.
When I used to go to disk union, I liked sharp music... so it was a soothing sake, different from my first impression 😌😌.

Hakuin Masamune. I've seen a lot of Masamune lately. I thought to myself, "I'm going to drink it outside.
I wanted to heat up the sake because of the label, but the restaurant is not like that, so I drank it cold.
I haven't been camping this year! I haven't built a fire! It's so hot, it's no wonder. And before I know it, we already have a wood stove. Where is the little autumn?
I recently opened this store, and it's nice and cozy. I'm planning to have them buy heated sake. They seem to be very generous and will let you bring your own sake if it's part of the banquet course.

Hakuin Masamune started out fresh and went down smoothly, but the spiciness was strong. The spiciness was a bit different from other sake, and I felt it was a characteristic sake. The sweetness is moderate.
