Sake that has been researched and refined for its taste.
You can drink it like water. It is a limited product, but it is an excellent sake that reminds us of our student days.
Life feeling enthusiasm. I first encountered this word when I was a ronin, and I love it. It was my first time to drink this sake, but the experience reminded me of the old days.
The taste is dry. The first sip didn't hit me,
But as I drank more, the taste became deeper and deeper. It would be great with a hot spring bath, this sake, and sashimi.
Purchased as a Gero Onsen souvenir for myself.
It is a Gero Onsen limited edition.
Like the Shiromayumi Junmai Ginjo that I drank earlier, Hidahomare is used as the raw material rice, and although the taste is similar, the mellow aroma after drinking is Tenryo > Shiromayumi.
I think Shiromayumi is better for a casual drink.
Both are delicious and I like them both.
I am hooked.
Purchased as a souvenir for myself on a trip to Gifu.
It is dry and highly aromatic. I tried heating it up, but I think it is better served cold. Looking forward to dinner.
It was given as a thank you gift to my parents at my wedding.
We drank it together at New Year's. It tastes great anyway, with mixed memories. It is easy to drink.
It's a good price so I can't buy it so often, but..,
I want to drink it again!
Drank at the beginning of the workday. It was a barrel type? The aroma and color of the wood were very nice. I would like to drink it outside of New Year's.
