Acid and light bitter rice aroma A sharp, dry taste. I can't help but think of Tamamura Honten as Shiga Kogen Beer. The brewery's buildings are beautiful, but I don't have a good image of sake... Not my favorite (sweet), but better made than I expected.

Raw chili, cloudy fullness and body of the original sake. Slightly complex taste with acidity, eginess, and bitterness. It is not sweet, so you can feel the sharpness.

Raw chili, with a melon-like sweet aroma typical of Koshi. A slight bitterness masks the sweetness. The sweetness prevails over the rawness, perhaps because it's been a little while since it was opened. I wonder if the sweetness is reversed when it is freshly opened.

The best Nakafoshi-don is the best 🤤🐟🐟. Keiko-san buys the best chuboro-don at the market ^_^.

Morinokuma-san is the name of the rice. Flat polished rice, 59% polished Lychee, strawberry? Sweet aroma and rice flavor swells and cuts well.

It's been a long time since I've had a moge bite🩵. I kind of sneezed, but I feel refreshed ‼️ As usual, Keiko-san's oshinko fried rice and luxurious nori rolls were too nice👍!

First time drinking Hagi no Tsuru 🌸🐱. A little fat cat and spring use label 🏷️☘️ I still like it, but I sneezed 🤧.
