kishinchan74Among the many 180ml series on the shelves, this was the one I was most interested in from the beginning, so I bought it without hesitation.
The taste...I forgot about it (laugh).

It is difficult to buy it in Tokyo.
あねさん🍶
I came on the 17th and today I came on the 28th and the lineup was the same except for the daily specials 😆 I guess I come too often. And I'm coming to Nagano at least twice in May 😆.
I didn't have any friends going back to Kanto area, so I'm going back by Shinkansen. So, that means...,
So we're going to compare drinks at our usual stopover: ❤️
My favorite of the three today was the Daisetsukei. It was sweet and a little sour, so a cup of it was not enough.
tomyTsuruya supermarket in Nagano has the originals from several breweries in Nagano in different ranks. It's amazing. This is the bottom line, made from rice, rice malt, and brewer's alcohol, and costs around 400 yen for 500 ml. Compared to Kiyosujo Onigoroshi, this one is better when cold, but not as good when heated. It is a so-called "food sake," a sake with little taste, little aroma, and little alcohol, which is common in local sake (junmai or lower). I don't drink sake with meals, and if it is not suitable for heating up, this sake is not for me.
However, I have heard that a higher class is better and should be tried, so I would like to give it a try if I have the chance.

Sweet and sour taste like grapes 🍇.
Sourness in the second half of the bottle 😳
A fresh spring-like bottle 🎶
ねむちHankyu Umeda Main Store, The 9th Traveling SAKE⑯
I tasted some more SAKE at the Hanshin Department Store last time, and now I'm going to taste some more.
The brewer said that it was like he was working alone in Osaka for more than a whole week since he was at the Hanshin Department Store until two days ago, followed by the Hankyu event.
The sake was juicy, juicy, juicy, juicy, juicy, juicy.
Juicy and spicy with a strong umami flavor.
Junmai Ginjyo Unrefined Nama-Ginjyo
It is juicy and spicy, with a deep flavor.
The Hanshin tasting was a special junmai version, but I preferred that one.
Special Junmai Nama Nama
Sourness, umami, and a little astringency in the aftertaste.
Every time I talk to someone from the brewery, I tell them that I have been to the brewery.
アツシTaisetsukei Shuzo, Kitaazumi-gun, Nagano Prefecture, Japan Special Junmai Nama Shuzo, Snow Breeding Taisetsukei
A dry and crisp type of sake. It is a good sake to drink with fish.
