It is a Risshun Asa Shibori from a brewery in Nagano Prefecture, but for some reason it was available at a local supermarket in the Kanto area, so I bought it. When I made my reservation, I made friends with the sake-loving lady at the store, and when I went to pick it up long after Risshun had passed, she told me, "This is delicious. Nama-Alps 720ml [Gold medal at the Wine Glass Delicious Sake Awards 2025]. Rice polishing ratio: Kake 65%, Koji 59 Alcohol 15%. Yesterday, I went to Ueda for a one-day trip. On the way back, I bought this at Fujimori Sake Shop near Hakuba Station. There was also a Hokian Okuni newspaper sake, but I went for this one with 12 bottles of junmai sake and junmai genshu. It costs 1,210 yen including tax, and it is a regular sake. The bottle was opened following the last of the Yamama, so it was quite refreshing. It is refreshing, clean, and has a great cosmetic value😃. Lunch was at Shinshu Soba WAKYU in Chikuma. By the way, 2025 Inakura Tanada Hitogokochi Unfiltered Nama Shuzukuri set was still available even though it was the second day of sales😅. If you find it, you have to buy it. ✌️ On my way home, I bought 4 bottles of miso and 4 bottles of sake, 2 in Chikuma, 1 in Nagano, and 2 in Hakuba. At the end, I found a nice sake shop in Kotani Village, but I couldn't resist going in. Maybe next time I'll take a walk around Omachi area to see the breweries 😄.

Hello @Mizuhashi-san 😀 I also had a bottle of Daisetsukeisan at an izakaya just before I left Nagano for Osaka and it was still a delicious sake 😀. I didn't know they still had the Tanada with sake set... I should have gone and bought it separately too 🤣.

Part 2 of the sake I bought when I visited the brewery the other day. It's not too dry and has a nice acidity after a refreshing taste! It has a nice sharpness!

At Schneiper, Nagano, Japan. I found out later that it is also a Keishiki. It is supposed to be served on the first day of spring, which makes the toji (master brewer) cry, but it has a fruity and fresh taste suitable for early spring. The texture of umami lingers on the tongue. It's delicious!

The first issue of the Great Snow Canyon. It is a seasonal Jungin (spring sake). I had an image of it being dry, But the label suggested that this spring sake might be a gorgeous type. I thought it might be a gorgeous type of spring sake. It is sweet and a little sour on the palate, but the aftertaste is tight and lingering, The aftertaste is tight and there is almost no aftertaste. It is sharp and dry, but still very much like a spring sake, It is a crisp, dry sake, but also has a gorgeous springtime flavor, making it versatile as a food sake. It was served as an accompaniment to nabe (hot pot), but it can also be paired with spring vegetables and other spring ingredients, It is also good with spring vegetables and other spring ingredients.
