A sweet aroma with a hint of miso and soy sauce. Slightly sweet, but immediately after the sweetness, the acidity comes. Then, umami. The taste is strong. Finally, a sense of maturity similar to numbness and bitterness. I like it. It's interesting because it doesn't seem to be like Daisetsuken.
On the way to Matsukawa Village the other day, I bought this at a roadside buckwheat noodle shop and a convenience store.
It is a limited-quantity product.
A search for the article on this rare item reveals that it was made by a local farmer to promote his sake rice Hitogokochi, and that it was only sold in 2006. The frightening name comes from "Gakki-dake" (Mt. Gakki).
☀️
I have never seen a label of this color before in Daisetsugi.
And I thought it was seasonal 😄.
The dark purple 🟣 is cool 😎.
Sweet like cider with a clean refreshing taste 😉.
Good to go down your throat of course 😙.
Taisetsukei Activated Nigori Sake (Doburokun) 720ml
Rice polishing ratio 65
Alcohol content 16%.
I bought it at the brewery's store on November 23. I was told that it is definitely to be stored vertically. I also bought two other limited editions from the kuragen kiosk, so I also received an original glass. It was fun to look at all the different kinds of sake in the store. My wife bought a bottle of amazake.
Well, we opened the bottle without any difficulty. We started with the top clear liquid. It is a sweet sake. Even if it rains a little, it doesn't seem to mix, so the thickness increases with each pour. The end result is grainy and filling, like porridge 😋.
I was lucky enough to be lucky enough to find the first new sake of the season.
Hello @Mizuhashi 🐦.
I like the brewery series ✨every picture has a bright blue sky 👍I'm surprised at the magnificent building as I don't see many people visiting the brewery in Daisetsugi! I would like to try the active nigori sake as I like it 😻
Good evening, Pon 🌆.
I came here because I saw your review of Harry's visit here and wanted to go 😄Thanks to Sakenawa 🥲I enjoyed the beautiful garden and the homey atmosphere 😉 You are a local and beloved brewery 😉.
Oh..! It smells more mellow than fruity?
Rounded sweetness on top when you open your mouth!
But the real aroma is dry! LOL!
Much more refreshing! Refreshing without being fruity!
More refreshing than spicy?
Taisetsukei Direct Kumi Junmai Ginjyo Unpasteurized 720ml

This is the one we bought the other day along with the apple yeast Junmai-shu (apple yeast Junmai-shu).
This one is fruity, clear and slightly spicy. Delicious of course😋.
I'm going to Tateshina next week, so I might drop by the brewery store. Harry-san was there too. I hope we can stop by Daishinshu too.
Thanks again for all your hard work today 🌠.
The last time I drank the Daisetsugi malic acid one was so good I got an extra one at the liquor store 🌠 and got this one at the same time 🥰.
This one is more classical 🍶 but very easy to drink and goes well with any meal 🥰.
I like this one too 🥰🥰.
Good evening, Jun-san 😃.
I'm interested in Taisetsukei, but I've never seen it at a liquor store in Utsunomiya 🥲.
I'd like to try the classical type 🤗.
Good evening Jay & Nobby, ☺️
I'm drinking again today in support of Premier 12 🤣.
Nagano sake is rare in Utsunomiya 🤣.
Taisetsu-kei is a definite sake that you can easily drink, so I hope you will definitely drink it at home 🥰.
