I bought a 1 gou bottle and served it to my parents for their Bon Festival dinner. Opened the bottle, it has a strong yellowish color. It tastes sweet.
I wanted to buy a little more, but decided to be moderate.

Very different from the usual Daisetsuken, maybe they were going for modernity?
Personally, I thought it could have more of the gusto that is typical of Daisetsuken, because I was expecting the so-called Daisetsuken-ness of Daisetsuken.
It's good for drinking as a summer sake.
The sweetness spreads in the mouth and the umami is delicious!
Daisetsukenkei also produces a variety of sake.

It is said to have a refreshing citrus aroma, gently spreading flavor, and a clean finish that is easily cut by the acidity and astringency at the end.
Sake rice is Hitogokochi from Nagano Prefecture, the rice polishing ratio is 59%, and the yeast is Kumamoto yeast, Kyokai 1001.

It is a well-balanced sake with strong acidity and bitterness, but also a hint of sweetness, so it goes well with food 😆.
I paired it with corn mousse, fried tuna tatsuta, and tuna negi ma. It's a more dry and refreshing sake, so it goes well with fish too 🤤.

I had it before and enjoyed it so much that when I saw it on sale, I immediately bought it 😎.
