Sake from Ikeda-cho, Nagano Prefecture
One of two bottles of Junmai Ginjo purchased at the brewery's direct sales store
Junmai Ginjo
The rice used is Miyamanishiki according to the website
Soft and fruity aroma
The mouthfeel is soft and cool, but at the same time it is tangy, giving the impression of a dry taste.
Rolling it around on the tongue, the flavor is thicker and more spreading and enjoyable.
As a food wine, it was delicious with strong flavored dishes without being overbearing and without interfering with the food. ✨️
Immediately after opening the bottle, the aroma is subdued and the taste is smooth. Two days after opening the bottle, the sweetness and umami become richer and more robust. Taisetsukei is delicious.
I don't know what the difference is with Tsuruya... lol.
It has a flavor that conveys the deliciousness of rice, typical of junmai sake.
I compared it at room temperature and chilled, and I recommend chilled. There is no unpleasant alcohol taste at all, and it goes well with any snacks that go well with rice, such as sashimi!
Super slightly carbonated, with a green apple-like aroma, sweetness, and rice flavor that comes on quickly and flows with a touch of bitterness 🍏.
I wasn't able to sample it at the brewery festival, but I heard that Nemuchi had tasted it before and enjoyed it, so I decided to buy it too ✨.
As I had heard, it has a freshness and a strong rice flavor, so I could gobble it up on its own 👍!

My daughter who was back home for GW
"I want to drink dry sake.
so we went to our usual liquor store 🚙.
My wife and I are not good with super dry sake, so we asked for a recommendation for a little dry sake so that we could drink it even if she couldn't finish it...
It doesn't feel that dry 😳.
My daughter also said it tasted rather sweet...
What? Maybe she's getting more comfortable with the sake that's a lot drier than before. ⁉️
I used to not be able to drink very dry sake, but maybe I can enjoy it now 🤔...
Maybe I'll give it another try... 🤔.
Hi PUCHI 😃
Your daughter requests dry sake! I'm sure you'll do it 😁 nowadays there are dry sakes that are fragrant and modern 🤗 and Daisetsuken is delicious 😙.
Dry world! Enjoy 👋
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌙.
I'm not familiar with dry sake, so I'm not sure what I like and to what degree I can enjoy it 🤔.
I'm going to enjoy it while I search for it little by little ✨
Posting No. 505.
This sake has a juicy flavor with a raw, gassy feel. The sweetness is moderate, but you can taste the umami.
