I'm an amateur baseball player, but I didn't go anywhere and watched the Dodgers every day for three consecutive weekends.
Congratulations to the Dodgers! It was a lot of fun.
I'm going to have a drink to celebrate.
I'm not a Dodgers D! I'm not a Dodger, but it's starting to look like one.
Limited edition junmai sake made with malic acid-hyperproducing yeast (once-fired) born in Nagano Prefecture.
The "R" in Nagano R yeast comes from the initials of "malic acid" and "2028," the year the yeast was born. The result is a sake with a gorgeous, full aroma and a sour taste derived from malic acid.
With an alcohol content of 13%, this junmai sake is easy to drink, and its refreshing taste and pleasant acidity make it perfect for the hot season.
It is a bottle that should be served crisp and cold.
Ingredients: rice, rice malt (all Hitogochi produced in Nagano Prefecture)
Rice polishing ratio: 65
Alcohol content: 13%.
Sake meter: -18
Acidity: 3.1
A blend of Junmai Daiginjo and Junmai Ginjo. It is sweet and gorgeous and the first sip is the best. It can be a bit bitter if you drink it all the time, but you will want to reset it and drink it again.
Purchased at a store in Kamikochi.
The aroma is mild, fresh, and easy to drink without any peculiarities.
At 1,100 yen for 500 ml, it is very cost-effective.
Purchased because of the retro label.
No gassy feeling. Aroma is weak and a little tingly on the nose. Sweetness and acidity are not prominent. It tastes like a junmai sake. It should be good as an in-between-dinner drink.

Taisetsukei Junmai Ginjyo Omachi Nama-zake
It has an apple-like aroma that is typical of Shinshu sake, a clean taste and sweetness on the palate, a pleasant aftertaste, and a rich caramel-like minerality that lingers on the tip of the tongue.
This is a draft version of the "Daisetsukei D" that we previously drank.
The image of the characteristic minerality has become even richer.
Today's sake is from Shinshu
We will enjoy a Junmai-shu (Junmai-shu) Nagano R Yeast from Daisetsuei Sake Brewery!
