At Schneiper, Nagano, Japan.
I found out later that it is also a Keishiki. It is supposed to be served on the first day of spring, which makes the toji (master brewer) cry, but it has a fruity and fresh taste suitable for early spring. The texture of umami lingers on the tongue. It's delicious!
The first issue of the Great Snow Canyon.
It is a seasonal Jungin (spring sake).
I had an image of it being dry,
But the label suggested that this spring sake might be a gorgeous type. I thought it might be a gorgeous type of spring sake.
It is sweet and a little sour on the palate, but the aftertaste is tight and lingering,
The aftertaste is tight and there is almost no aftertaste.
It is sharp and dry, but still very much like a spring sake,
It is a crisp, dry sake, but also has a gorgeous springtime flavor, making it versatile as a food sake.
It was served as an accompaniment to nabe (hot pot), but it can also be paired with spring vegetables and other spring ingredients,
It is also good with spring vegetables and other spring ingredients.
Good evening, Shonan Han 😃.
I'd like to try it but I haven't had a chance to meet you yet! I'd like to try it but haven't had the chance yet 🥲I'd love to try the sharp and dry type 😋.

Impression Slightly fruity, clear and dry
Dry with a slightly fruity aroma riding on the sharpness of the sharp acidity and alcohol.
This sharpness should be matched with meals.
I like the feeling that the fruity flavor stands out when it is paired with sashimi to compensate for the lack of sweetness in the flavor profile.
Repeat Score 2.5
I went to Nagano over the weekend for a long time, so I went to Izakaya Shinkansen in honor of the great snowy valley in Azumino, a guessed brewery. We had it with oyaki.
Taisukei's regular sake, Kuradashi, is a local evening drink, and is rarely seen in Tokyo. I usually don't like to drink light, dry-type sake because it seems too thin, but Kuradashi is a refreshing sake that goes very well with strong-flavored snacks. As one would expect from an evening drinker...
The second picture was taken at the sake shop KURANDO in Nagano Station. When can we see you again, Shinshu Kamerei?
The third picture is Togakushi mountain with snow.

Nagano, Daisetsuken. It's hard to find in izakaya (Japanese style pubs), but they do carry good sake. I have had it several times and it is one of my favorite brands.
This sake is raw and makes my heart sing. I liked it very much. Delicious!
Thanks for the treat.

Oden restaurant in Nakamachi that I have been going to for over 10 years.
I have been coming here since the beginning of the year at a faster pace than usual because the restaurant is closing at the end of this month 😢.
It was a popular place for tourists and inbound customers in recent years!
Usually, I drink only one cup of cold sake, but since it looked busy, I drank 300 bottles for the first time!
It tastes like Daisetsuken, a little tangy but also rather sweet, as if it's a fresh sake!
Although it is a restaurant for tourists, today it is crowded with local customers.
I bought it the other day when I went to the directly-owned store.
The more I drink it, the more I enjoy it! The sparkling and refreshing fruity flavor is great,
Sweet aroma of rice.
Creamy on the palate.
Unlike its appearance, it has a refreshing sweetness and moderate acidity. It also has a lactic acidity, giving it a yogurt-like impression.
Twenty days have passed since the first day of spring. The bottle was finally opened. This time there was no fizz and the lid came off quietly.
You can enjoy the muscat-like aroma that escapes through the nose with a slight irritation on the tongue.
I reconfirmed that this is a sake that goes well with me personally.
I bought 3 bottles last year and 2 bottles this year.
I will keep the other bottle until summer, hoping for a repeat of last year's coincidence (the stimulation is lessened, the corners are removed, and it becomes very fruity).
Hanamon Taisetsukei Direct Kumi Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama Sake
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol content: 17%.
This is a limited edition sake that we brought with us when we visited the Taisetsukei storehouse in November.
We then opened a bottle of Junmai Ginjo.
This one is sweeter and more rounded 😃.
But you can't judge the taste of a sake by its jacket. Harry had told me in advance that the limited edition sake from Daisetsuken Kuramoto Kiosk was delicious, but when I actually saw it, I was hesitant to buy it. I was hesitant to buy it.
I would definitely like to revisit in the spring 😄.
