We bought two bottles to compare. This one is a nama-shu with the addition of jyo-al, and the next is a junmai-shu. It's a refreshing and easy to drink sake, and I like the taste. Looking forward to the Junmai as well😊.
Polishing ratio 55%, alcohol 15%.
It has a fruity and sweet taste and is easy to drink. The aftertaste is a delicious taste of rice.
Recommended for women and fruity lovers. ⭐️
This is a seasonal version of Daisetsukkei.
It feels a little dry like Taisetsukei, but it is refreshing and easy to drink!
Taisetsukei is available everywhere in Nagano, and I have heard that it is hard to find in Tokyo.
However, recently I have seen Taisukei at some stores in Tokyo, although there are not many varieties.
It is an easy-drinking and cost-effective sake, so we hope they will do their best in marketing it.
Azumino's Daisetsukei "Tokubetsu Junmai Nama Genzake".
From the first sip, I was like, "Oh, this is a bad one.
It was slightly effervescent and fruity, like fresh fruit.
It has the richness of a nama sake, but the aftertaste is light and crisp.
As the wine glass recommendation suggests, the aroma was so refreshing that it was more than just sake, but rather a fresh, fruity sake.
It is no longer sake, but rather a refreshing white wine.
The brewer's recommendation is true.
This is a bottle that I am sure to repeat.
