#Nihon-shu
A balance of firm umami and acidity in a beautiful, easy-drinking flavor.
The taste seems to go well with spring dishes.
Rape blossoms, simmered young bamboo, grilled cherry sea bream with salt
On the third day, the main task? I made my usual hamburgers and other Japanese dishes 😁....and for lunch I went home and made sushi, sashimi and Daisetsuken 🍶Salmon with fat and Daisetsuken was the winner ✨The flavor is still good but the fat is washed away 😋I drank until the last minute and went back home! 🧳
pic.2.3.4 is our second day of sightseeing in Kyoto👀Yesterday we went to Ginkakuji ✨After taking the wrong bus, we got hungry and had lunch at a gyoza restaurant near Karasuma Imadegawa😋!
After arriving at the bus stop closest to Ginkakuji, I found a crepe I saw on Instagram 💡 and couldn't get there 😂.
Back to Kyoto station, we went to a restaurant where shochu comes out of the faucet and we had all you can drink for 60 minutes🚰 We both drank quite a bit and as expected, I can't drink anymore today🥴.
Jay & Nobby, sorry for the back and forth reply: 🙇♂️ I've had three days to drink properly, I've seen the cherry blossoms, I've made it through, and I feel like I've cleared everything up 🎮.
☀️
Slightly sweet, acidity is there 😊.
Although not as sweet as the previous Daisetsuken D, I get the impression that Komira is a major Daisetsuken.
It's a refreshing drink 😙.
Taisetsukei Shuzo, Kitaazumi-gun, Nagano Prefecture - Spring Limited Junmai Sake

The first "Great Snow Gorge".
A gift from an acquaintance in Nagano.
The retro label looks good,
The sake is as old-fashioned and robust as the label.
Nagano has many delicious sake.
I want to drink it again.
Yesterday I went to the liquor store in the next city and bought a bottle of Daisetsukei. It was my first brand.
I was torn between D and this one, so I went with this one which has a higher alcohol content.
When I opened the bottle, the aroma was not so strong, a little yellowish and dry. It has a lingering aftertaste.
I'm drinking it! It's like drinking 🍶.
Delicious 🍶.
