A souvenir from Gifu Prefecture. First drink the clear supernatant at room temperature. It has a clean taste with the sweetness and richness of rice. The second cup is gently mixed and drunk. It is creamy and reminds us of amazake. However, the alcohol content is a solid 17%, so it is intoxicating. I tried various ways of drinking it, and found that 1:1 with carbonated water suits me best.

First, drink it at room temperature. Gentle and soft rice flavor spreads on the palate. The aftertaste is clean and well-balanced. I bought it as a souvenir from Hida, but later I found it in a supermarket in my hometown, Toyama.

A souvenir for myself on my trip to Nagano ^_^. I immediately took it at room temperature. I'm going to eat the head of ama shrimp for sashimi. I sipped the ama shrimp for sashimi with a sip of the great snowy mountain. It goes so well with the sake. It has a mild taste.
