Let's have it right away! The first day First, the aroma. It has a sweet and refreshing aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste a refreshing sweetness and a hint of umami. The not-too-sweet and refreshing aftertaste is produced by the mild bitterness. It is a sake that can be drunk slowly, with a gentle taste that goes very well with the sake. The second day From the refreshing sweetness, you can sense a full-bodied flavor. Overall, the gentle umami, sweetness, and bitterness flow well together, making it a sake that can be drunk in a relaxed manner. When served with a meal, the flavor becomes more robust, and the umami and bitterness seem especially rich. Even though it has become richer, it does not lose its overall gentle taste. It was a very rich saké experience!

We received Tenmei "Nakadori 4" Junmai Namaishu. The aroma is sweet with a strong acidity. In the mouth, the sweet and sour aroma with a hint of muscat spread over the entire palate, and it finishes with a slight bubbling sensation. It is delicious! It is very tasty and goes well with white sashimi. However, the taste is similar to the Sango-go and Go-go that I drank before... Sorry for my stupid tongue💦. I will have to really compare the two to find out..........................homework for next year 😊.

I haven't had a weekend off in a very long time, since February 2024 when I checked 🤣how busy I've been 😅. I usually don't get to play with my kids much, so I went to the park, library, shopping, and watched Doraemon the Movie in the movie theater for the first time today 🎥. I'll try to digest it little by little ✨. Friday night, after work, I had a meeting with a colleague to discuss the biggest focus of the year, the renewal of facilities, and it was already 10:30pm😲. Since most of the restaurants were closing, we stopped by our usual drinking ramen shop, Pojiya, and ordered a 5-sake drink comparison. First of all, let's start with the first sake! Tenmei bange yamada origarami ichibi kurazakura Tenmei" after a long time! Slightly fruity rice aroma, soft and fluffy sweetness and umami, and a lingering, full finish with minerality that lingers on the tongue. It goes well with salty food. The meaning of the name "Kurazakura" is inspired by the cherry tree planted by the brewer's grandmother when the brewer was born. The fourth picture is the beer and homemade yaki-sai that we ordered before the "5 types of sake comparison" 🍺.

🐻 TOMO-san 2025 Kamikyo Story Day 1 Here we are again this year, day 1 of the drinking party with tomo-san 😊. The strong group that gathered at the all-you-can-eat barbecue and all-you-can-drink restaurant in Toranomon on Thursday included tomo-san (welcome to the party), Rigel-kun (thanks for being the organizer), MAJ-san (usual), Nochi-san (usual), Sukemori-kun (more participation than the introducer), Yuka-chan (usual), me and 3KAN4ON (it's been a super long time!!!) There were 8 of us. It was a very busy and fun time, eating grilled meat, drinking sake, and talking. I was so full. We drank a lot of sake, but I don't remember much of the taste because we drank so much 😆 Towards the end, the room was so smoky that all the pictures are white 🤣. The one I'm uploading as a brand name is Tokyo Seibai, Kitakata Yamada Nishiki Tenmei. Isn't the glass of "29" next to it nice? There was also a "meat" version 😁I also got a picture of me holding both glasses 😆.
