Tenmei, which I ordered at an eel restaurant thinking it was a new sake. It wasn't 😆.
It was twice hiked, but you could feel the freshness. It has a crisp sweetness with a good acidity.
I would like to drink it warmed, as the label on the back says.

Last year it was so good that I bought it again, but how about this year?
It was fresh, sweet, and tasty, but the acidity was very assertive.

When I visited Aizu this year, I found out about the brewery opening and joined the event.
After paying the membership fee and signing up, I received a set of sake, vegetables, and snacks, and was able to view the event on Zoom.
There are three types of Nakatori Zero with the same rice and different yeast.
The first one has a sour taste.
No. 2 is sweet, mild, and smooth.
No. 3 is soft but tangy at the same time.
All of them are easy to drink, and you will find yourself feeling a bit dizzy. According to the predecessor, the most delicious is No. 4. The new product will be a blend of No. 1 to No. 6.
The one-cup Bear Cup is only available in New York. The bear with glasses is modeled after the president. The president is 40 years old.
The grape juice is made from grapes to be used in the wine cellar to be built in the future. It is sweet like chestnuts.
They are going to build a sauna in the wine cellar and have a water bath of brewing water. It will be brewed.
There were 30 to 40 kinds of wine tasting, restaurants from Wakamatsu and Tokyo, and T-shirts and other goods for sale.

The Tenmei online kurabiraki set, an annual treat, with a real-time view of the local kurabiraki on Zoom.
The set includes three pre-blended sakes plus other sakes, snacks, vegetables, and more!
We also compared the Zero product version that we purchased at the liquor store.
Each of the three pre-blended sakes, in turn, has a distinctly sour, sweet, and aromatic flavor. It is fun to try blending this way and that.
The blended version of Zero is well-balanced, with no corners at all, soft acidity and gentle sweetness. It has a clear and gentle taste.
I am looking forward to this year's Nakadori series!

It is sweet and sour and easy to drink. It is different type from the hiyaoroshi I just had, which is good. This one was also drunk by a kuikui drinker, and as a result, two bottles were consumed before the meal.

I had told my family that I would be home late and that I would finish dinner before going home, but I finished earlier than I had imagined, so I decided to have a light sake dinner after dinner 😁.
So we decided to go to Poziya, a ramen shop that has a great selection of sake, and this time we decided to try 5 different kinds of sake ✨.

Tenmei Junmai Ginjo Kuro Hot Sake Quenching Hi-iri
Full rice aroma, juicy and slightly sweet flavor, and a pleasantly sweet aftertaste.
We served with Yodarechicken, salted roasted ginkgo nuts, and pickled firefly squid.
The gingko nuts are especially good with the chicken.
［The Yodarechicken had a very strong aroma, so beer would have been a better choice than sake, but it was absolutely delicious ✨.

I think beer goes better with the Yodarechicken because it's made with a spicy sauce that has the aroma of spices and peanuts that is used to make tantanmen 🍻.
