I have been interested in this brand for years but never bought it.
I finally decided to buy it as soon as possible, especially the Summer Tenmei, because of the label.
Contrary to the flashy label, the aroma and taste were relatively mild.
It is called "Sarasara Junmai," which means "pure rice with a light flavor.
The taste is not fruity, but more like rice sugar.
The aftertaste has a hint of sourness and umami.
It is light because of its low alcohol content, but the umami and acidity make it a satisfying sake that will keep you coming back for more.

This is a bottle that Jay had been wanting to drink since last year but hadn't been able to buy 🥲.
Nobby had bought it for us as a souvenir 🤗.
And on this day, we had spent the morning watching "Sake no Wa" and I was kind of completely in the mouth of yakitori 😙We were looking for a good place to take out and found one! We drove about 20 minutes to get some delicious looking yakitori and let the party begin: ‼️

The aroma is fruity
The first sip is light, sweet and tasty.
It has a nice acidity and a light bitterness 😙11.5°C, not too sweet 😙.
It's like a firework went off and was gone before it even opened 😆.

I got it at an antenna store before.
Fukushima (Aizu) fever explodes from time to time. I got it along with some Musha rice crackers and peach sweets from the assortment ✨.
When you open the bottle and pour it, the aroma is berry-like and aromatic.
The mouthfeel is smooth and refined and beautiful. The taste is mild and mild with a bit of silky and roundness.
The palate is light and fresh with a grapefruit-like sweet and sour astringency, and a slightly sweet and astringent lingering aftertaste.
