A little light-colored effervescence.
The aroma is a combination of sweetness and sourness, with a hint of rice.
It has a sour aftertaste and is rather refreshing.
The sharpness is good.
It also has a rice-like quality, and for 14.5 degrees of alcohol, it also feels thick.
When it becomes lukewarm, it has a mellowness.
His wife bought this series for him.
It is fruity and refreshing without any peculiarities.
It is very easy to drink.
It is thin and cloudy, but the koji flavor is subdued.
It is a refreshing sake reminiscent of early summer.
Again, thanks to Mrs. 😌.
☀️
I was told it was a new sake and I got it right away 😋.
White color like a sports drink🤍.
It has a bit of bitterness but a mild mouthfeel.
I thought it would be more youthful, but it had a calmer taste 🤗.
Hi Hiro 😃
From the label this Tenmei looks delicious😍I'm almost disappointed that I missed out on buying it because I have a full fridge 🤣I'd love to drink it when I get the inside track 🥰.
Good evening, ichiro18 😃.
I have the expectation that the Nakadori is exceptionally tasty, which makes me want to drink it even more 😋 Even more so since it's Tenmei for sure 🥰.
The label conveys the autumnal feeling.
I just had to reach out and buy it😅.
The acidity is followed by a soda-like flavor.
I thought I could feel the pungent taste in the back of my throat, but it was filled with a thin sweetness on my tongue.
It is like a melon soda without much sweetness.
As you continue drinking, the rice flavor oozes out.
The spiciness also increased.
And what remains at the back of the throat is the soda taste 😘.
Apple-like, pineapple-like, fruity.
Fruity and sweet is the first impression.
The fragrance is gorgeous and sweet, but the spiciness and bitterness are stronger than the sweetness.
As written on the back of the bottle, it is a "sweet yet dry" sake.
It can be enjoyed as a food sake or on its own.
Delicious.
(I opened it too late for various reasons...)
