Fruity aroma reminiscent of pineapple. The taste is fruity, juicy, sweet, and sour, with a nice astringent accent. Hmmm...it seems they felt the Sarasara Junmai from the other day was not enough for them. This slightly richer series made up for it.

Here is the 4th cup of the 10th. Sweet 😆 Moderate acidity. Pleasant sake. Goes well with grilled vegetable cheese 🧀👍Good with crispy Sendai parsley with egg 😋.

Tenmei's summer sake, Sarasara Junmai. I wonder if Sarasara Junmai is still the default version of Uchijobanabi?
Slightly yogurt-like aroma. Slightly sweet and slightly sour. Very light and easy to drink.
