We went to Hiroshima for the live concert of Koji Kikkawa and Tamio Okuda 🎤 Both of them were so cool that I couldn't believe they are both 60 years old.
The drinks after the concert were delicious 😆.
It was light, clear, and delicious!
Sake from the Aizu region of Fukushima Prefecture.
The sake rice used is 100% Yumeko, locally grown in Aizu Sakashita.
The alcohol content is a little low at 14 degrees.
The beauty of the label suggests a gentle taste, but the texture is very drinkable and moist. After drinking, it has a noble flavor.
It would go well with dishes that are a little strong in flavor.
My first Tenmei, my first Akebono sake. I bought it at Iseya Kimishima Shoten in Fukushima on my way back from a trip to Miyagi. There was a friendly and kind lady owner.
Full, fruity aroma. Melon and apples come to the fore, with a hint of banana. In the mouth, sweetness precedes the taste, but the moderate acidity is sharp and does not make the taste sweet. There is a hint of umami and no bitterness. There is almost no lingering aroma in the aftertaste, and it wears off without a hitch. The alcohol content is moderate and easy to drink, making it a good choice for those who want to enjoy sake from now on. It is not suitable for a mealtime drink, but rather for toasting or the first half of a meal. It is best paired with salads and sour tomatoes.
The description states that the rice is milled to 65%, the alcohol content is 11.5%, it is a four-stage brewing process, and the rice is sake brewing grade rice.
Good evening, Mr. Shintaro😃!
Congratulations on your first Tenmei at Fireworks🎇㊗️🎉We had ours here a while ago 🤗Low al but with a good flavor 😋It's good!
Hello Jay & Nobby! Thank you for your message! Sorry it took so long to get back to you!
Yes, it was impressive, not like water, but low alcohol with a lot of flavor. It was delicious👍
Watanabe Sota Hanpukai sake.
100% "Comet" from Hokkaido is used.
It is so lightly cloudy that you can hardly see the characters at the bottom of the glass.
It is so light and smooth on the palate that it does not feel as if it has 16.1 degrees of alcohol content.
It is refreshing, sweet and sour, and delicious.
It is not too sour and has a perfect balance.
It has a nice bitterness that is not too harsh and leaves a clean aftertaste.
It is too easy to drink and you will get drunk soon.
Date of manufacture: February 2024
Release date: February 17, 2024
Nice to meet you😊I saw this post and thought ⁈Tenmei no Kijoshu⁈I would love to try it! I would love to try it, but unfortunately it's not available where I can go to buy it💦.
It looks delicious 😋I think I'll order it online 😁.
Junmai Daiginjo made with 83% Yumeko and 16% Yamadanishiki.
Slightly white?
Pear-like, sweet aroma of rice. Sweet and delicious.
Slightly bitter taste. There is also a little sourness. The sweet and sourness is pineapple.
Too sweet? I think it's too sweet at first sip, but it's good.
Leave it for a while. The melon aroma increases 😍.
Only two days left of Obon vacation. Let's open a bottle of summer sake 🎆❗️ first time for Tenmei 🎉.
I was thinking in the sun from the morning "Tonight - low alcohol - summer sake 🤣" as I accompanied my husband to his training session today 💪 in the hot sun from this morning.
The Fireworks label Tenmei was as good as expected ⭐️ Not too sweet, not too spicy, not too sour and bitter, but not as light as cider, a proper summer sake, and goes well with food 🥰Thanks for the gorgeous label to uplift my hard day, it's perfect for today 💞!
Special Chicken Tang, Seared Inari and a little light salad. I like black pepper, and the chicken with pepper went well with the Tenmei 😍The lemon doesn't spoil the aroma because it's not so acidic👍.
And the seared rice cake! I just roasted the one I bought, but with a twist, it goes quite well with sake 🤭.
It's dangerous to drink it too quickly because you think it's low in alcohol 🤭. 🤣
Impressions of the alcohol by itself are in charge of shinsaku3 💕.
Good evening, Pekho 😄I'm counting down the days to summer vacation, I'm so sad 😩How fun it would be to have summer vacation every day 😆I'm sure it must be hard to keep up with your husband's training in the hot sun 😅I'll be up at 4:30am tomorrow to train 💦.
Hinahana mama 😊☀️ oooh! I'm so glad you're doing the training. Do you accompany your dad? I wonder if they train together💞It's going to be hot tomorrow too, so be careful and good luck 💪🔥You can't drink in the morning next to me 🤭.
Hi Pekho 😃
Sweating 💦 activity from the first thing in the morning makes me think of having dinner early in the evening without feeling guilty ‼️ 😆 Seared Inari! Looks delicious 😋.
Jay & Nobby 😊Good evening ✨Yes, ❤️ good sweat and good drinks 💪😋 We want to fully enjoy the hot season too!
Following your example, we started walking too‼️
Today we had another summer sake 🍶☀️ like yesterday😃.
This is our first "Tenmei" 😃.
According to the description
According to the description, "A clear, low-alcohol sake that expresses the scene of a summer night sky with fireworks."
👍
Delicious 😋.
Calm summer sake 👍
When I think of summer sake, I imagine a sparkling, light, clear, juicy 🥤 feeling, but it was a solid sake 😃.
But the low alcohol content of 11.5 degrees makes it very light on the palate and easy to drink 👍.
The description on the back says "summer nostalgia", so maybe they wanted to express the nostalgic aspect of Obon instead of the vibrant summer 🧐.
I had it chilled.
Paired impressions by Pekho 😅.

Good evening, shinsaku3!
I thought Tenmei's summer sake was low alcohol and light, but it's a solid sake 🍶It seems to have a rather pungent taste. That would be... 💧I'd like to try Pekho-san's seared Inari 🤩.
Good morning, hinahana mama 😃.
For a summer sake, it was more of a quiet and mature drink into the world rather than a swoosh and excitement 😃.
The seared rice cake was quite delicious 😋.
chika-san hina hana mama 😊 try roasting the supermarket inari on a burner 💓 the sugars in the abura-age broth will be charred sizzling and a new flavor will develop 🥰.
Pekho, you got it 🫡.
I'm going to go buy some Inari now!
I just got home from an early morning practice 😩.
Morning practice is training for a couple 😅.
Hi shinsaku3😃!
Congratulations on your first Tenmei with fireworks 🎉Congratulations to you too, we finally got ours this month after over a year 😋It's a low al but a solid one for sure 🤗It went Swiss 😆.
Hi shinsaku3 🐦.
Congratulations on your first Tenmei 🎉I was wondering many times if it would be like summer because of the sparkling label, but it is surprisingly calm 😳I would like to drink it even more 😁.
HinaHanaMama 💪Wow‼️ that's great that you and your wife are training together ‼️ By the way, what kind of sport is it 🧐 we both have our own imaginations 💓
Delicious seared rice cake, it's a treat with sake 🥰.
Good evening, Pon 😃.
Thank you very much 😊.
The label on the back of the bottle says "Summer Nostalgia", it tastes just like that, I thought this kind of summer sake is also possible 👍.
Tsukihaku no Tenmei Junmai Ginjo Hon Nama
I came back to Aizu Wakamatsu, my hometown, so I had a chance to taste some Aizu sake.
The sake has the delicious taste of 100% Yamadanishiki rice produced in Aizu, the freshness of the unpasteurized sake, and the lovely acidity and sweetness of malic acid, which is very popular nowadays. You can fully enjoy the lovely sourness and sweetness of malic acid.
I really like the taste 😫👍
I love Aizu 🍶.
8.5 points (wife 8 points)
Rice: 75% Comet from Uryu, Hokkaido, 25% Yamadanishiki from Aizu
Rice polishing ratio: 65
Yeast: Association 1001
Body temperature: 16 degrees Celsius
Purchased from: Watanabe Sake Brewery
Silent when opened
No gas feeling
Slightly grape-like top notes
The same mild aroma as the first sip, soft sweetness and rice flavor spreads with a little acidity, and the slight bitterness and spiciness of the alcohol make the wine finish smoothly.
It is neither spicy nor sweet, and can be drunk neatly with a meal, but is also refreshing and tasty on its own.
It goes well with curry, fried chicken and fried squid that I had during my trip home for the Bon Festival.
Tenmei Sarasara Junmai Nama Lovely summer Astronomical Observations Stargazing
Rating 4.3
This is a light and transparent sake that lives up to its name, "Sarasara Junmai". The soft acidity and umami with a nice flavor profile make it cool to the touch. The "80%" rice polishing ratio on the label is for the least shaved sake used in the blend. Alcohol level 14 degrees, low al.
Nice to meet you "Tenmei" Tank Shibori Junmai Daiginjo [Yamadanishiki x Fukunoka
First, a quick sip...
The mildly floral taste passes down the throat leaving a light lingering aftertaste.
Next, it is slowly sipped and savored...
You can feel the umami of the rice, and it flows into your stomach, leaving a firm aftertaste.
A deliciously enjoyable sake!
