This time it is Tenmei. Of course, we had obtained Tenmei Zero this year as well. Today is the day of the Beaujolais Nouveau ban. If we miss it, when will we drink it? We opened the bottle in a hurry 🎉. The color is a light green. The top aroma is of dark citrus fruits like orange, and there is also a sweet aroma like apples. The first sip is the supernatant. From the mild mouthfeel, there is a grapefruit-like bitterness with a mild sweet fruity taste. The next year will not begin without tasting this Tenmei Zero's typical greefiness. Then, the oli is mixed and stirred into a light nigori. The silky nigori calms the sweetness just enough to give a delicious juicy citrus 🍊✨. "New sake starts from Tenmei." This is the one thing I can't give up!
