We look forward to working with you again this year.
Hot and thick! I got drunk even though it's 15% alcohol.
But the fragrance has a great fruitiness 😋🍶.
It is dry but not too harsh, with a delicious richness.
It has a bit of a melon flavor, but overall, it is a sake that you can enjoy drinking without hesitation.
It is a dry sake.
The aroma has some grape-like nuances, and the sake cuts easily.
Ingredients: Hiroshima-grown Shinchimoto
Rice polishing ratio 70%.
Sake degree +6
Acidity 1.8
Amino acidity 1.2
Fermentation Association 1401
ALC. 15 degrees
Purchased at a liquor store near Kyocera Dome.
It seems to be a Shinshu Kamerei distributor, but it is a liquor store specializing almost exclusively in craft beers. They also do direct imports and carry 600 kinds of beer alone 😳.
Sake
Kidoizumi, Senzuke, Zuikan, etc.
I wonder if I should have asked them if Shinshu Kamerei was available?
I didn't have the courage to go in and had Shinjo-san scout it out for me before😅.
I sometimes see them but this is the first time for me to drink Zuikan.
I bought it because I was attracted by the retro label even though it is dated. It's 2 years old, but the ripeness is modest. Slightly sweet, a little citrusy, and slightly pungent. It can also be served warmed. Surprisingly priced at 930 yen.
Looks good chilled or heated.
The price is remarkable!
When the clerk at the cash register said the price was 930 yen, I had to listen to her again 🤣. I had to listen again 🤣.
Hello bouken!
I'm surprised to hear that it's less than 1000 yen 😳‼️ I'll listen again 😆 I hope next time you can listen and get Shinshu Kamerei too 😉.
Hi Ponchan 😃
The taste was also overpriced 😋They might not have sake depending on their selection and timing, so you'll have to go with the intention of buying beer 😅.
Hi...
The lineup is totally different from when I went there.
As I recall, they said the Shinshu Kamerei was for serving at the restaurant.
Well, it's just around the corner from my house, so I can go there anytime for a reconnaissance.
Good morning, Shinjou 😃.
Thank you for that 🙇.
Kido Spring had more than one kind 😃.
Well, it's basically a beer shop 🍺.
I wonder if you can drink it if you are a standing drinker 🤔.

A little late in the season hiyaoroshi
Yellowish hue, more golden than yellowish green.
The aroma is of rice, as is typical of junmai, and the alcohol is drier than expected.
The taste is a refreshing push of rice flavor.
It is not as dry as the dryness expected from the aroma, and there is a lingering aftertaste.
Personally, I would have preferred a little more richness for hiyaoroshi, but I enjoyed the good balance and it was delicious!
It was so rich that the first sip tasted like old sake. But it still has a nice sharpness to it. It is a gorgeous, sweet sake that is typical of junmai daiginjos.
Transparent with a slight yellowish tinge. The complex aroma is a combination of a full rice aroma, a fragrance reminiscent of hatako (sticky rice flour), an aroma reminiscent of black tea, and a faint floral aroma. The aroma is strong. It has a sweet and sour mouthfeel. The aroma is sweet and sour on the palate, with hints of black tea. The mouthfeel is rich with a strong astringent taste. The bitterness derived from alcohol also appears. The aftertaste is medium. It is a mellow sake.
