The aroma atmosphere seems lactic acidic 😗.
Quite sweet! It is not fruity but rather sugary and mildly sweet! It has a slight sourness in the middle, but it is not bothersome because it reduces the sweetness!
It's low in alcohol but has a strong flavor, so it's very satisfying! I'm sure you'll enjoy it!
I'm curious about the sake rice, Shin Chimoto... 😏.

I had never heard of this brand, but it's so good!
The aroma is not that great, but the balance between the umami of the rice and the acidity of the sake that comes afterwards is great, and the end result is a slightly dry and refreshing drink.
At just under 1,600 yen for a bag of shibori-nama-sake, this is definitely recommended, and seriously delicious!
Unfortunately, the label is too tacky (lol).
