Sake from Miyoshi City in the mountains of Hiroshima!
Literally refreshing and full-bodied!
The diversity of sake is really wide.
The only way to remember 💦 is to post it.
100% Shin-Senbon
Sake degree +4
Acidity 2.4
Amino acidity 1.8
Association 701
I had never heard of this brand, but it's so good!
The aroma is not that great, but the balance between the umami of the rice and the acidity of the sake that comes afterwards is great, and the end result is a slightly dry and refreshing drink.
At just under 1,600 yen for a bag of shibori-nama-sake, this is definitely recommended, and seriously delicious!
Unfortunately, the label is too tacky (lol).
Hiroshima Trip - 5th Cup
It has been a long time since I have had nigori sake. It is a thick nigori with a thickening sensation. The sweetness of the rice is strong.
I have never been to Hiroshima.
I have only a good impression of it though.
It was thanks to Tomikyucho that I fell in love with sake.
Hiroshima is the twin of Nagano and Hiroshima as a potential destination for my family.
Was it Aristotle who said that the land has power?
I understand what you mean when you say that we should stop using the expression "dry" or "sweet".
The criteria are vague, and just as there is summer in spring, there is sweetness in dryness.
But this sake is great.
Anyone who drinks it can tell it is dry.
