-I drank last year's Akizuka Moheji, which was a bit extravagant.
Last year's Akishika Moheji sake was a bit extravagant, so this year we chose the more expensive 10-year-old Soriryu sake.
The sake was said to be a robust sake, so I set the heater to a very warm temperature (55°C).
After the unique flavor of aged sake, there was an elegant bitterness and alcohol taste.
It is a mild but dry matured sake that keeps you going!
It warms you from the inside out!
It was getting cold as the sun went down and I wanted some hot sake, so here I am.
I asked for the recommended one, and this is what I got.
It seemed to have some acidity, but it was delicious and went very quickly.
Alcohol 15 degrees Celsius
Polishing ratio 50%.
First time brand. It was also the first time I encountered it.
The taste is clean and light. The robust flavor of the rice spreads out. It was sold refrigerated, but I think it tastes mellower and tastier at a slightly higher temperature. It is a classic type of sake.
