I opened it at home while watching the Olympic men's road TT. It is thick when drunk as it is, and when ice is added, it clearly changes the mouthfeel, making it delicious and enjoyable.

At our usual restaurant for tsukoyaki. We were lucky to have it as a tasting since there was only a little bit left in the bottle.
It was an interesting white wine with a fading taste, as is typical of the Domaine.

At soba noodles restaurant. Although it was described as having a pungent taste, it was only slightly pungent and the sweetness was refreshing. It went well with corn tempura.
