The amber-colored sake in Junmai Daiginjo was unexpected. It is a cosy sake.
The sweetness of the aftertaste is reduced when the sake is served cold. It was more refreshing and tasty when chilled.
Aroma: Light, like candy
Color: More white?
Taste: Rounded sweetness and full flavor in the mouth, swallowed and cut easily. It has a presence that is not weak but not to the point of fighting, and it pulls away gracefully at the end.
It would go well with chanja, sashimi, chilled tofu with white soup, and molokyu. It is a complete sake on its own, but it is also perfect as an in-between-dinner drink. It is even better when chilled.
Jun Dai series in small bottles at my first liquor store!
I was in the mood for an unusually sweet sake, so I went for a sake from Ishikawa!
The aroma smells like an energy drink like Lipovitan D!
It was drier than I expected! It has a light but tasty flavor with acidity.
I sipped it while eating sesame tofu!
It was not at all what I wanted to drink that day, but it was delicious!
Good evening, Mr. Chidorisuke 🌙
I was impressed and laughed at the smell of energy drinks here 🤣I've never had one, but I'm impressed by the exquisite metaphor 😆👍.
Good evening, Pon...
SpongeBob lol.
Sake that the brewer recommends to be served cold tastes kind of dumb when it's lukewarm 😅.
I'm going to wrap it up in an oval and summarize it, it's a sponge 😂.

Junmai Daiginjo Cold Sake served with Kai Isozukuri and Yaki Ika
This sake adds just a hint of color to the white porcelain dishes.
It was a very satisfying match with the pickles.
My wife and I enjoy it with a boar cup that we bought at the Kasama Pottery Festival in GW.
The aroma is not very strong, but on the contrary, it is subtle and pleasant. The sourness, spiciness, and bitterness make for a surprisingly refreshing taste.
