Aroma The label says it has a gorgeous aroma, but to be honest, I didn't find it that gorgeous. It was more like a blend of junmai sake.
Taste: Junmai Daiginjo? Similar to the aroma, it does not have a daiginjo feel to it.
Overall impression: It was shipped 7 months ago, so the quality might be a little bit down. I can't say that it was stored poorly because I don't feel any aged aroma.
The amber-colored sake in Junmai Daiginjo was unexpected. It is a cosy sake.
The sweetness of the aftertaste is reduced when the sake is served cold. It was more refreshing and tasty when chilled.
