くろりん
Sake from Ishikawa Prefecture to support the disaster-stricken areas, even if only a little.
The ginjo aroma is youthful.
It has a slightly strong acidity and a refreshing taste.
For a pure rice sake, the rice flavor is not that strong.
We enjoyed it with a variety of izakaya menu items such as sashimi of tuna, salmon, and sea bream, mimigauro, deep-fried tofu, and Spanish salami.
