Hoyo純米吟醸「羽ばたく」うすにごり 生酒 低アルコール

loopyThis is a light, limited Junmai Ginjo-Nama Sake with plenty of gas, modern, tight acidity, and a fruity, apple-like aroma. Please experience the bouncing freshness of Houyo's full-bodied spirit, which is ready to take on the challenge and spread its wings. Sake degree: -10 Acidity: 1.7 Amino acidity: 1.0 Rice polishing ratio: 60 Yeast: Miyagi yeast Rice used for making the yeast: Sasanishiki (Miyagi) Alcohol: 14 (My impression after drinking it) It has a light nigori color as shown in the picture. The ginjo aroma is not very strong, but it is fragrant. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the tingling sensation of fizz on your tongue. It tastes like grapefruit with a little bit of a tangy taste.

FREEDThe taste changed from supernatant to medium to nigorigo, and the refreshing acidity gradually gave way to a refreshing sweetness, making it a good sake. It was a good sake with a refreshing acidity and a refreshing sweetness.

のぶのぶLong time no check-in I've been crazy busy lately... The sake is cool and not at all stinging as it flows through the mouth, as it is after the fall season. On the other hand, it has a strong flavor, with a hint of umami and bitterness. It would be great with a side dish. I had a cup of tsukemono + boiling water and felt like all the stress of the past month melted away!

ひるぺこGood evening, Nobu Nobu-san. Fukushima? I wish I could go far away from here! I'm sure the rabbit is completely melted away from the fatigue of the day with your favorite fall weather, drinking iron, and hot springs ♨️ 😊.

のぶのぶGood evening, Ponchan-san. There are several 200-300 yen public bathhouses near this Iizaka Onsen station, and the laid-back atmosphere of the local private railway combined with the hot springs is relaxing.

のぶのぶGood evening, Hirupeko. I recommend Iizaka Onsen, less than 30 minutes from Fukushima Station. The temperature of the hot spring is over 45 degrees Celsius, and after 5 minutes in the hot spring, you will feel warm and fluffy. It really feels like all the bad stuff is melting away from your body!
