Since it was Children's Day, we drank as adults.
The manager was tasting Hoyo 🤭 to finish off the day.
It seemed to be the manager's recommendation, and come to think of it, the previous Houyo was also recommended 🤔.
It seems to be made by a young master brewer who trained at my favorite brewery, Dewazakura Sake Brewery ☝.
It has a strong sweet taste, but it's light on the palate and easy to drink.
It is light and refreshing on the palate.
It has a lingering aftertaste, but not too heavy, so it finishes well 👌👌.
Good morning, N.E. 😃Houyou here, I couldn't find it when I went back home to Miyagi, it's a rare sake in our family pinpoint. ‼️ Looks so delicious, I'm so jealous 😆.
Hi Wakata 😆
I was lucky to have a rare sake for you 🎶😍.
Hoyo was recommended to me and it was a good match: 👍️
I hope you will have a chance to visit the ministry soon too 🙏.
The aroma is green apple-like.
When served cold, the taste is mainly sour and umami with little sweetness.
When heated, the sweetness comes out quite well, the bitterness and acidity weaken, but the umami becomes stronger.
Purchased at Sendai Station, along with a beef tongue bento.
I drank it with gusto....
It is more like an alcoholic beverage that can be drunk by itself than a food sake.
Fairly high transparency, strong rice flavor against the low sake level, but with a strong sense of transparency.
Clean and refreshing mouthfeel.
I didn't know it, but I quite like the taste
