◉Houyo Junmai Daiginjo
The sweetness and umami are well expressed in this rich, mellow and delicious sake. It is rich, mellow and delicious. This is also my favorite type of sake.
I would love to buy this one, but I can't find it on the market.
I guess they don't sell it anymore...
The rice comes straight to you without any sweetness or acidity. It's very nice and not too glamorous.
My two daughters and I went to Togatta Onsen in Michinoku. Sasa-kamaboko (bamboo grass kamaboko) is delicious!
It is rather dry, but fruity, fragrant, and pleasant to the palate. After a soft entry into the mouth, the umami flavor comes through and the aftertaste is refreshing.
Limited edition of 600 bottles. Fruity, juicy, and refreshing like muscat. Just as I had imagined, it was my kind of sake.
I've been choosing mainly sweet specs lately and haven't tried them. I should be a little adventurous to train my palate.
Since it was Children's Day, we drank as adults.
The manager was tasting Hoyo 🤭 to finish off the day.
It seemed to be the manager's recommendation, and come to think of it, the previous Houyo was also recommended 🤔.
It seems to be made by a young master brewer who trained at my favorite brewery, Dewazakura Sake Brewery ☝.
It has a strong sweet taste, but it's light on the palate and easy to drink.
It is light and refreshing on the palate.
It has a lingering aftertaste, but not too heavy, so it finishes well 👌👌.
Good morning, N.E. 😃Houyou here, I couldn't find it when I went back home to Miyagi, it's a rare sake in our family pinpoint. ‼️ Looks so delicious, I'm so jealous 😆.
Hi Wakata 😆
I was lucky to have a rare sake for you 🎶😍.
Hoyo was recommended to me and it was a good match: 👍️
I hope you will have a chance to visit the ministry soon too 🙏.
The aroma is green apple-like.
When served cold, the taste is mainly sour and umami with little sweetness.
When heated, the sweetness comes out quite well, the bitterness and acidity weaken, but the umami becomes stronger.
