Next is also a draft sake!
Takechujun from Gifu 🐦.
New Takechujaku sake bought on the recommendation of a liquor store!
Slightly sweet with a light nigori, dry sake-like dry sharpness from a refreshing acidity✨.
What's this?
It's so delicious 😋.
Gifu still has a lot of good sake to offer 😆.
Good morning, kino.😃
We're totally addicted to San Senzori 😄Take Chun in Gifu 🐤I'm curious about this review 😋I wonder if it's available around here too 🤔I'll try to find it!
Gifu love ❤️...
Hello kino.
I've been enjoying Gifu sake from time to time, but this is the first time I've heard of this one ❗Gifu is full of delicious sake from sweet to spicy and matured sake 🎵.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
This brewery has a lot of unique sake with a raw yeast or yamahai character, but this one was dry but tasty and delicious 😋.
Love for local sake is important👍.
Good evening, Mr. Noodle Sake King!
I still have a lot of Gifu sake that I don't know about yet, so I need to drink a lot of it 😆.
I think Gifu sake is total dry sake ✨ even though it's a prefecture without sea, many of them go well with fish 🐟.
Takejaku is one of my favorites, and I drank it last year at this time of the year.
The nigori (bitterness) is low and the effervescence is moderate. It has a strong umami of rice and a strong sweetness. Last year it was dry, but this year's is also delicious. We enjoyed it with yellowtail shabu-shabu.
The second restaurant, but it was only 6:00 p.m. We settled at the counter. The two of us settled at the counter and ordered two kinds of sake, one half a half gouge each. This was the first time for us to try this sake.
I had a bad taste for super dry sake, but it is delicious ♡ Thanks to the light bitterness, the sweetness is wafting over the palate. The addition of just the right amount of lactic acid acidity and gassiness makes it not feel super dry. Rather, it is cool but gentle, what a nice guy! I guess the addition of acidity and lees changes the mouthfeel of a super-dry wine a lot. This sake made me want to try drinking super dry sake from now on. Thank you for the chance to meet this handsome man!
It is a gem with a strong sense of crispness on the tongue as it is called "super dry. It has a roughness that is typical of junmai sake, and it asserts itself without losing out to meals with a little stronger flavor.
Today's dinner at our house is a mix of Japanese and Western dishes, and it is playing an active role.
We enjoy it with bagna cauda, paella, and a few Japanese dishes.
Drank H30BY at home.
The color is pale yellow. It is not difficult to drink even when cold, but it is closed. At room temperature, the soft umami increases and it has a nice sharpness.
When heated to 50°C, the soft umami opens up, and it has a nice sharpness, with a lingering smoky aftertaste that is typical of matured sake. Well-balanced, it is best served warmed.
