It was my birthday month and I was treated to a cup of sake at a restaurant I often visit.
It had a strong umami taste with a refreshing acidity. It was fruity. Delicious! Thank you very much! みもみよ🐾The first sake I noticed at "Mizoguchi-san's house" where I always visit. I ordered it immediately.
It was slightly carbonated and had a slightly peculiar acidity for me.
