This sake was also drunk while playing mahjong.
I wanted to drink something other than Fukushima sake.
I bought this sake in Fukuoka for heating up, but it got too warm. So I'll have it at room temperature.
What a delicious sake! It has a strong umami flavor, but it's fruity and has a nice sharpness to it.
If I see it again, I'll buy it. I've been a fan of Shigemasu since I drank the Nigori. I'd like to try a variety of them.
