Junmai Ginjo🍶 Juicy Jungin-⭐️Yamagata Prefecture Izumiwanosato🌾.
We attended an izakaya (Japanese-style pub) private sake drinking contest at the invitation of a former coworker 😆 25 different kinds of sake ✨ 18th glass!
White wine with a strong acidity 🍾Killi, a hateful wine that makes your meal go further 😅But it also has a depth of sweetness in the aftertaste. Pair it with grilled bamboo shoots, which are in season in spring 😋. The label is gorgeous✨.

FUKUUI Tasting, Dry Junmai

A prototype bottle. We were attracted by the impressive temporary label. The nose and mouthfeel are full of alcohol. It has a melon-like fruitiness in the mouth, but it finishes crisp and clean. It is a dry sake that lives up to its label.
As a food sake, it is dry with a modest assertion.
It goes well with sashimi and salads.
Rice: Miyamanishiki
Rice polishing ratio 55
Yeast: Yamagata yeast
Sake degree +10

First of all, the label
The tropical retro look of the label is wonderful😍.
When I drank it, I found it to be
Sweet and sour fruit juicy ❢.
It's kind of addictive 😆.
I'd love to try it hot 😆.
